Kyle was an awesome technician and has a great sense of humor! He was professional, straight forward and told me exactly what I needed. This is my second time using this company and will continue to do so in the future!

Great company, Great Experience!

Our 30 year old gas package until finally died in the heat of the summer with my wife 8+ months pregnant. Not ideal to say the least! We called AA based on positive reviews and we were not disappointed.

Erin came to our house and gave us several options. We made a decision and the team was there to install within 2 days. We went with a Trane system. The crew ran into some unexpected issues with our aging duct system but took it in stride and fixed it up in a way that leaves us feeling confident that it will serve us well for years to come.

We went ahead and took the opportunity to purchase a ductless Mitsubishi system for our sunroom. We scheduled that install for after the arrival of our son. True to form, the crew showed up as scheduled and installed the unit on time and in the best possible manner.

I can't say enough about how great I feel about working with this locally owned company and their full time crew of experienced professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

If I were to list all of the positive elements of our experience, this review would run far too long. Suffice to say that from professionalism, to workmanship, to follow-up, to great attitude, AA-Air scores top marks in our book.

Great company. AA was able to get someone to our house soon after we called and the Tech was very knowledgeable and carefully listened to our problems. He was very diligent in his search to fix our problem. Will recommend if a problem ever arises.

I was able to get a service technician out the same day to work on our broken thermostat. John K. was polite and professional, and did a great job getting everything working again! I would highly recommend AA-Air, they have provided great service to us over the past 3 years.

Great company I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day and they called me first thing in the morning and fit me in. Kyle was my technician and was very professional and found my problem in seconds of looking. Was in and out very quick and checked over everything else to make sure everything else was working properly before he left.

We had shopped several different companies for a new unit. Larry & Erin came out and gave us a bid your company wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive for the same kind of unit, but the main reason we went with your company was we felt we could trust your company and your staff. Larry and Erin were direct and factual also pointed out a couple changes that needed to happen with our upstairs unit that no other company had brought to our attention. Shane & Patrick installed the unit took several days to do they were professional and finished in a timely manner. We did have a censor that had gone bad the first week, but it was repaired quickly by Chris Thankful this all took place while we did not have guests staying with us. We highly recommend AA-AirCo.
