AA-Air Company

I usually don’t give reviews but this company ripped off new customer. I pay $ 97 for a diagnosis, another $ 86 for removed and cleaning the sensor. I called again because the issues wasn’t resolve. The “Technician” Steve Bendsza came again and He said that the sensor needed to change and pay $ 158 for the “sensor” and after He left the heating stopped working , I called again and they send another Technician, and He Said that the board need to be changue. They were charging $790 For the board and $ 57 for the labor. Why the first Technician didn’t said nothing about the board? 🧐🤨. Unreliable Company.
Poor quality, Over chargue, not profesional, poor value.
I pay in total $ 342 and a terrible service. Be aware of this company.
I called another company and the company just charged $ 400 for the board and labor and the problem was resolve………

My Thermostat wasn't working I called AA Air. They sent Service Technician Matthew out to trouble shoot the issue. He was polite, professional and informative and explained the issue. My Thermostat wasn't connecting. He replaced it and check my air filter also. I highly recommend AA-Air and Matthew for quality work and quick response.

Jake was on-time and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend A A Air Company.

Excellent work. I always expected this company to be more expensive because of their professionalism and reputation. I used a smaller company before this visit for all of our needs. I should have given AA the call first without making assumptions.

They showed me all of what was wrong in detail and gave me specific reasons why work needed to be done. They could have made other choices and charged me a lot more, but they were honest and focused on what I needed. I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you!

We had our annual maintenance done and knew that it was coming but our main heating/ac unit was rusted out and needed repair. We knew our upstairs unit would need replaced soon as well so we decided to get them both replaced. We found out the also do hot water heaters.
So we had them all replaced. Four days later the install team of 6 amazing guys came and did the complete installation. It was white glove service. They were so polite and professional. I am so glad we trust our home to AA-Air. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our air unit inside of the house was leaking water so I called them. It wasn't even 5 minutes and Kyle called us. He came out and fixed our problem and even educated us. He was very good and professional. I would recommend Kyle from AA-Air for sure!

We had a CO monitor that needed replacement and well as HVAC maintenance check. Both were done with efficiency. Service man did it with explaining exactly what he was doing.

Been without ac in this wild heat for 3 days. Not expected to get fixed for another 3. Ridiculous. I should've called Melton. And you should too
