AA-Air Company

On the day of my best friend's funeral, our AC went out. AA-Air sent Phil out right away, and he offered us options--fix it and hope the 25-year-old system gives us another year or at least get an estimate for a new system. We agreed to get an estimate, and Erin was amazing going over everything with us so that we could make an informed decision. I appreciated that she was honest that her quote wouldn't be the least expensive AND that the quote was binding; if they found extra things she hadn't originally seen, we wouldn't pay more.

The guys who installed the system were terrific--respectful of our home, friendly, and knowledgable. The job took longer than we expected, but that's because they did find extra jobs--they had to hand build the connections between duct and air vents because we live in an old home with oddly sized vents. That first night, we were amazed at how cool our home was. Since then, they came out an installed a chimney liner (something they didn't have to do since their system isn't venting there), a dampener (the new system was LOUD!), and replaced a defective part. Each time, they were just as kind, prompt, and knowledgable as before.

In particular Patrick was a gem. He explained everything, took care with our home, cleaning up and making sure to either take shoes off or wear booties over them to keep the dirt off the hardwood as much as possible. He even worked with my schedule, which is nutty, when he returned to do the dampener and the liner.

I trust these folks enough to leave them in my home without me there when necessary, and though they might not be the cheapest, they are definitely the best at what they do, and you will have no surprises in cost.

When my long-time HVAC guy retired (and then having a bad experience with the person who bought his business), I was worried that I wouldn't find someone as knowledgeable and trustworthy, especially after hearing a variety of horror stories from neighbors and friends with AC system troubles. AA-Air was highly recommended to me by a current customer.

Both Robert W and David P are thorough, detail oriented, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took time diagnosing and fixing instead of just pressuring me to replace my aging system. Options and pricing were presented before any work was started. I am pleased with the way my service call was handled and with the outcome.

Also, even though I was a first time customer, Debbie scheduled me in quickly and efficiently. Great communication!

Chris, Kreigh, Shane, Matt and Pat were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and of the highest quality craftsman. They replaced my ac unit, solving problems encountered and didn't leave without making sure everything was working properly, despite a 13 hour job, much of it working in the crawl space on a hot summer day. But, where was Jason??? (a joke amongst the staff). Thanks AA Air Conditioning. I would recommend this company without hesitation

This review is long over due. AA-air replaced my heating and air until about 2 years ago. Erin sat down with my mother and I and spent a lot of time going over our options for replacement. She was so incredibly nice and thorough in describing what was involved in each option and gave us recommendations in what would work best in my home based on her measurements. Whenever, I would talk to her in follow-up conversations she would ask about my mother and how we are doing. The unit works great. Today, I woke with the temperature in my house at 58 degrees. It was 13 degrees outside at the time of the call,. I called the company and explained what the history was on my unit's activity based on what I saw using the Nexia app, which is awesome! This also gave the company an ability to look at what was happening as well. It was apparently stuck on stage 2 heating, so it wasn't going to get below 58 in my house. They sent a technician to my house within hours. The technician explained that it was an issue with the drainage getting frozen due to the super cold temperatures. He got my heat working again in minutes. He then came back after getting the necessary supplies and replaced the drainage pipe and the pump so that the freezing wouldn't happen again. He was very nice and followed safety measures for COVID. It is so nice to have a company to call that I trust and who I know cares and will do what is necessary to keep my home comfortable. There is so much I have in my life for which I am grateful; having a warm home is one of them and I am so happy and appreciative of the services AA-air.

My first experience with them was nothing but positive. The guy on the phone is super friendly and the technician came out as scheduled a couple of days later. He took about 30 minutes to fix my problem and that was that.

A couple of months later I called and asked them if they're able to come back out and double check that the leak I had is still fixed because I spent $400 for a 30 minute job - I had several instances prior to AA where they didn't fix the problem so I wanted to be sure it actually got fixed permanently this time - I was told that I would be charged the $80 service fee to come out just to double check that the work they did was still holding up. After spending as much money as I did initially that was a little off-putting to be charged more money and feels like bad customer service. Maybe that's standard in the HVAC industry but it doesn't sit right with me.

Initial contact with Debbie was friendly and efficient. John K had our heating fixed within just a few hours of my call. Very polite, professional service. I called the next morning with another question and Debbie arranged for John to return and check it out that afternoon - no charge. He also alerted me to an appliance in our garage that had a manufacturer's recall on it. We would never have known if he had not mentioned it. That would have been worth the call out fee alone! Thanks for your great work.

Sat down at a waffle house this morning near two fellas with AA-Air shirts on. Before leaving they covered the bill for my family. I'm sure if you give these guys your business they'll take care of you. If you guys read this, we are so grateful to you! Stay golden. 😁

AA Air is top notch. AA Air cares about it's costumers.

I was looking to find a good HVAC contractor to quote a new system, and a friend said I should check with A-A. I called and had a nice chat with Erin. I sent her the plans, and she said she would get back to me. Hearing nothing, I called her a couple of weeks later. Being very friendly, she promised to start on it, but again, I heard nothing. Twice more I called and talked to a real person who said they would give her the message to call me, and -- you guessed it - no call. If, for whatever reason, a company isn't interested, that's OK; but they ought to be courteous enough to just tell you.

Reply to AA response: Just to be clear, my beef wasn't that they didn't provide a timely estimate, but that they did not have the courtesy to tell me.
