Very professional. Although news was not what to here. Steve was very thorough and professional. Took the time go over my options.

Wayne Maples recommended a UV air treatment tube that I am hopeful will help me manage my severe allergies/sinus issues.

AA-Air Company was incredibly forthcoming with updates on timing and needs to make sure our home was fully functioning. Erin was a delight to work with, along with the techs who completed the full system installation, and were pleasant, responsive, and helped me to understand everything that was happening to where I could easily make the best decision for my family.

Steve was excellent, came out on Sunday night. Found the problem. The condenser fan was not working and the supply stores were closed. So, he got the part the next morning and fixed that day. Very friendly also.

Craig was very thorough on everything he did, especially checking the AC unit and cleaning.He made suggestion to add surge protector and I went ahead and let him install that. Will definitely keep AA Heating and Air as my 6 month service in both heating and air units. Thanks again-- One satisfied customer- Terry Brothers

My recent experiences with AA-Air include their diagnosis of the old unit on my recently purchased home (24 years old - I knew it was coming!), installation of an excellent quality new one and repair to some ductwork. That was last month. This past Sunday, I left a message with the answering service about a problem and was not expecting a call back until Monday. Their incredible response on a hot Sunday afternoon to address a minor issue with the new unit (covered by warranty of course!) was so welcome. These all add up to outstanding service exceeding expectations. Service personnel were all friendly, knowledgeable, neat and tidy. I love the company's use of technology to text and email me the name and photo of who to expect at my front door - I felt safe and well taken care of. Excellent company to do business with on every level.

Just had our annual fall/winter check up with John Key. He along with the other service technicians are so very thorough and helpful. Always look forward to seeing them. Especially good to see John today since he and my husband have a long history together. We have been customers with AA Air since the early 80's and all because of my husband meeting John and making such a good connection. From the technicians, Debbie in customer service to Traci in billing, ALL the employees of AA Air are the best. Have recommended the company to others and certainly have no reason not to continue to do so. They get an A+ grade!!
