Update: 10/7/20,
Worked with Patrick today, he got a gas line ran for my kitchen stove. Really did a great job, was done in an hour, and tested everything 2x to ensure it was functioning properly. When dealing with gas I really like to see that attention to detail. Put in all the new equipment neat and tidy, no hanging wires or hoses.
Really like this company, and I look forward to doing more business with them.

These guys might be the best in the biz. I’ve had issues with my unit when another guy installed it, and it was leaking coolant. I called AA and who were prompt and on time, and did a fantastic job. Honestly, these are the only folks I’ve ever met that stand by their work in such a way. When I found a kinked copper line after the tech had been out, and it was unclear whether it had happened when AA was working on it or the last guy, they stood by their service and fixed the line at no extra cost. EVERY other company would’ve given me the run around on that, and their commitment to their customers has earned them a lifetime of my business. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Shoutout to their service manager and technician (Kreigh), thank you.

Our experience with AA air has always been great! Phillip was the service tech that worked on our unit this week. He was very courteous and friendly. He arrived when he said he would and completed his work in a timely matter. We have used AA Air for many years and would highly recommend them and their service techs to anyone.

This is the best company for HVAC anywhere around!! I’ve been using them for years. I was in dire emergency to have someone come out to fix my non-working AC unit on a Friday morning, called them at 8 am, and they had someone out to me by 10:00am. Chris was great and got my AC back up and working within half an hour. Highly recommend this place!! Great people & great customer service!! Thank you AA-Air Co.!!

Mr.Duke & his colleague came out the same day, and were fast, professional, and thorough in fixing a disastrous A/C issue that other companies tried- but were unable- to fix. Duke & Co. explained what they were seeing and doing in easy-to-understand terms, no surprises, and left my A/C in perfect working order for a very reasonable price.
Don't waste your time calling around: THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend & will definitely use again:)

Just completed a scheduled maintenance on our Trane HVAC through AAAir Co. in Maryville, TN. We've been customers for several years and we could not be more pleased. Their certified technician Chris Bowers expertly completed the maintenance, helped me take better advantage of the system's remote management capabilities, and prepared us for a comfortable winter season. We'll continue to be loyal customers and fully endorse this local company. Great equipment, but more importantly, great people throughout the organization.

Update comments May 14, 2020: Scheduled maintenance today and an upgrade with UV sterilizer added and improved condensate sensor. Service today by Phil Pokrzywa, their technician with almost 40 years experience, and who has helped us several times in the past. I've come to really trust these people and their company. Always honest and dedicated to highest quality in their equipment, service standards, honesty, and value. I would trust them explicitly, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Update July 13, 2022:
Routine maintenance service was completed today by AAAirCo technician Steve Bendza. He was very thorough and efficient. He experience really benefited us. He installed a “cold plasma generator” to help deal with mold and other issues. He and other AAAirCo personnel are working to remount a whole-home dehumidifier so the unit vibrations and noise will be substantially reduced.
Overall, we are pleased with this company and have recommended them to others.

We have an older house and two units, Because of this we are members of their yearly maintenance program which I highly recommend. Great company with personal and professional service techs. Kreigh went above and beyond to explain and show us what we needed and why. He gave us options and didn't try to force us into the most expensive option which we really appreciated. Very happy with the company and the work they have done on our house.

Great response time. My heat was out and they had my heat repaired the same day.
