Tracy took all the right steps in trouble shooting our problem. The problem ended up being the setup of the thermostat. It was setup for a gas furnace. We have been in this unit for 3 years and have never noticed the problem. First, if I counted the number of times, we have used the heat I would not need to take off my shoes (6th floor gets warmth from the units below). Second, we run the fan constantly so the setting for turning the fan on when the heat kicked on wasn't an issue until I put the fan on auto.
All that said to say Your tech did a wonderful job troubleshooting.

We replaced bathroom fixtures and fixed some plumbing issues. The guys did an amazing job!! Very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Horrible experience after my AC install. I thought I would get professionals to do a great work but instead they went ahead and left a big gap open for possum to get under my house. I’ve reached out to Lee company and they sent couple of guys out on 2 different times but since it was left with only gravel around the AC unit. Our little buddy keeps finding his way under the house. I’ve had some great techs come out but issues that should’ve been taken care of on initial install keep coming up. I am disappointed in the professional install they provided. I had Allen that came out and took care of some of the issues but it’s job that wasn’t initially done correctly.
Allen thank you for your honest work last time but others didn’t make a difference but put a bandage on it.

Blake is an exceptional technician. He is courteous and thorough. He put so much time and effort in rectifying the problem.

Grant, the tech sent out, was knowledgeable, helpful, and a good conversationalist.

I have their maintenance plan so once a year electrical, plumbing and HVAC are inspected. They always do an amazing job!

Came out to fix an issue with gfi tripping and cutting power to multiple outlets. Took 2 trips but they went out of their way to get us taken care of at a reasonable price.
