When I called for service, they were able to send out a project manager to provide an estimate the next morning. Once equipment was ordered, they were able to make the installation 3 days from the initial phone call. The price was fair and multiple product carriers were offered.
The installation was done properly, all questions were answered and the new unit is heating our home beautifully.

I’ve used Lee Company for a while now, so let’s get this out of the way. Yes, it is expensive. However, the quality of care and professionalism you receive is second to none. If I am replacing my HVAC units, I want to make sure my investment is going to go smoothly and installed correctly the first time around. Do not skimp on something you rely on for 24/7 365.
Lee Company has installed 2 Trans units and furnaces in my home. I have not had a single issue with these units or temp fluctuations.
I’ve used them for electrical work, they miss quoted me and still honored the quote they gave me.
Their maintenance plan is worth it and will save you a little bit of money.

I called Lee to have a plumber detect a leak in my wall. To my surprise they were able to get someone out that same day. Dakota was our plumber and he was great. He was able to detect and fix the issue quickly. Dakota was very friendly, efficient and left the area as clean as it was before he arrived. I will certainly use Lee Company again and request Dakota for any future plumbing needs I have! Highly Recommend Lee Company.

I’ve been under an annual service contract with Lee for two years which includes two hvac, and one plumbing and electrical check up each year. The first year went fine but this year has not been good. The Spring plumbing check-in technician (very nice guy) said he wasn’t familiar with an instant hot water solution for the kitchen sink (surprising) but gave me a quote from his main office for $2000. I just wanted to improve hot water for one spigot, but $2000?? He just reiterated that he just didn’t know anything about that.
But last week, my AC stopped running. I called to report it around 8am Friday morning. At 5:00 pm, I had not heard anything so I called back. Finally, a technician arrived at 8:30 pm. The first thing the technician (very nice guy) told me was that he was not familiar with a TRANE / Honeywell dual zone ac system. He even asked me if I had a user manual he could look at. Four and a half hours later, the ac was on but not fully operational. We only had a single zone system working that required us to go upstairs to control the air since he couldn’t make the downstairs thermostat work. My utility room had a lot of wires running in different directions just to circumvent the controller. At 12:45 am Saturday morning, the technician pulled out of my drive. Five days later, a second technician arrived around 6:20 pm after being given a 2-4 pm arrival timeframe. No updates given all day. The second technician installed the new controller in 90 minutes but that included undoing all of the temporary wiring from the initial technician and fixing a thermostat that the first technician has messed up. The technician gave me a bill for $835 which is supposed to give me a 10% discount as an existing customer. I asked for a detailed bill with parts/labor but the technician said they didn’t bill that way. Hmm. I had already priced the controllers and they ranged from $200-$250 from hvac parts companies. That means that I paid @$400 per hour labor. They said I wouldn’t be charged for the Friday fiasco. Anyway, nice people but I’ve come to realize that multi service companies like Lee means that you may not get top notch technicians. My last two appear to be very new to their jobs. I’ve decided to forgo the remainder of my paid service contract. Just keep my money. I’ll stick with companies who specialize in either hvac, plumbing, electrical.

I keep Lee Company on speed dial. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always courteous and professional. Install team was great and Tyler, who came to give me a quote, was kind and professional. He followed up before and after installation

We had a tankless water heater installed, after getting several quotes we opted to go with Lee, the installation crew showed up early and worked hard all day. Extremely professional, tidy, very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Lee and Chris who did our install enough. Absolutely above and beyond happy with service we received.

I had Lee Company come in last week and do my plumbing, electrical and AC maintenance! Because we moved into a Condo that was built in2007 my wife and I knew there could be things that needed done! There is work that needs to be done with the water heater and we will be installing a new HVAC system on Tuesday. We use Lee Company because of their professionalism and experience! We know the job will be done right👍🏼

James arrived a few minutes early and walked up to my door exactly on time. He was very likeable and professional in appearance and demeanor. He quickly diagnosed the failed part (capacitor), told me how much, and then repaired it. He didn't try to twist my arm to buy anything extra, *but* was very informative about extra services I inquired about. It was a perfect, 5 star experience!

Their ac wasn’t staying running and we called them out. They told me the coil needed to be replaced and the blower motor because its didn’t have enough RPMs from a prior repair. Said it would b better to get a new bigger into costing around 8100. We had another company out and they found out the blower motor was operating backwards. They replaced it for $600 and everything is working great, and said the itself is in great shape.

Manny, our electrician, was very responsive, kind and accommodating. He did an excellent & neat repair. I found it unfortunate though that the majority of customer management fell on him in our case, since he’s the contracted electrician, not the project manager. We found our project manager to be unhelpful for the most part. If you choose Lee company, be certain you understand the severity of your circumstance and any safety measures you may need to take.
