We had a few small areas of drywall repaired in the ceiling of our garage. Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. You can’t tell there was any previous damage.

The service technician was excellent --Justin Payne found the problem quickly gave us our options and then finished the job to our satisfaction in no time. All the time he was friendly, professional. and informative. I would highly recommend him,.

“Ben” very knowledgeable and talked us thru every he was checking and doing. We signed up for the annual maintenance! And it was no sale pitch pressure from him, it was because we liked what he did! Great job Ben. Y’all have a good one in “Ben” I hope you know it and show him ! Need for Bens!

Hunter was both knowledgeable and informative as he explained the procedures he followed in determining our air conditioning problem. He was also professional as well as personable. I enjoyed the experience, even though the outcome reveal d a leak in the cooling system, and, of course, additional cost. 😢

I had a pipe burst from the cold in my attic. I wasn't there for a few days, so I no longer have a ceiling, but they made sure to get someone out to me as soon as possible. Our tech found the broken pipe and replaced it quickly.

We had a water main leak and Lee Company was very helpful with the repair. They surveyed the problem, gave advise on repair options, and assisted with finance options as well. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

Had them come out for a vent fan replacement, signed up for their very cheap yearly maintenance plan (Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical). The heating and cooling maintenance visits were great, they tuned it up and were very good at answering questions. PM very responsive when quoting several jobs (gas log install and new master shower).

The repairman was a very gracious gentleman and willing to explain what needed to be done. He corrected the problem. No problems !!! Once I got in touch with someone at Lee Co. to get a repairman scheduled.

Ernest was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained what he did and how the Reme Halo and UV light worked in an understandable manner. He answered my questions, showed me pictures of what he did. He was early and did not leave any mess. He was concientious in not tracking anything into the house. We are very pleased with him and his work and think we already notice a difference in the air quality of our home.
