    Heat went out, had a different company come diagnose and quote me what seemed to be very high. Called Lee company on a Saturday for another quote and the gentleman was able to swing by to look at the unit outside (I was not home, but he still came) and gave me an unofficial quote that same day. He emailed me the official one on Tuesday, which was way more reasonable for this area. They came Wednesday to install. They arrived about 8, let me know they were taking a quick lunch break about 1230 and they were done by 130. They came in and tested ac and heat, wrote a check and got emailed a receipt. Everyone I dealt with was kind, polite and professional. So far the unit is working perfectly, no complaints at all. Not being a HVAC person, to me the outside unit looks to be installed as should be, caulking around connecting parts to house, no mess left behind, everything seems to be in perfect condition. The unit came with 10 year warranty for parts and labor (whereas other companies I got quotes from were more expensive and/or less years on labor included.) As of now within a week of service I would definitely recommend Lee Company to anyone in Clarksville area!

    They offered to come the same day for no additional charge, and they did. The furnace blower was not working and they found that the capacitor was bad. They gave me the option of either replacing the blower or just the capacitor, and I chose the latter. The total cost including tax was $262.

    Had a water heater bust that flooded our downstairs. They told us it would probably be Friday before they could get to us (called Tuesday) - they had a technician out the next day to find the leak and get new appointments setup for repairs and reconstruction. Russell was our technician. He was professional, informative, and did a wonderful job. Will be using this company for the repairs and future service on anything they can help handle.

    I had my old HVAC unit replaced by LEE. They did a phenominal job! They were on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up the entire site once complete, had a supervisor come out to inspect the work, and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them for all your home repair needs!

    Excellent service. Technician listened to our concerns and provided solutions in every instance. Coming back to finish part of the job after we had to order a part. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service and expertise.

    I contacted them to repair a light in my bathroom. I was told when making the appointment there would be a $79 service charge. I agreed to this. What actually happened was he straightened the grooves in the light socket with pliers. That’s all. He told me the charge would be $79 for the service call and $125 for the repair! I refused to pay that. He said he would have to call his boss. The boss said the $125 was a mistake. The charge was actually $40 plus the $79. We argued about this, and I finally agreed to pay $94.20 just to get rid of them. He was here less than 10 minutes and did nothing else. Do not use this company.

    Electrician, Manny Bento has been amazing. I've had three jobs that he's done for me. Highly recommend! I also signed up for their maintenance service plan that entitles me to two inspections per year of my HVAC system and plumbing system and electrical system and a discount on services.

    Usually is a good experience with Lee Co. I cant say that this time though. Back in April 2022 i had lee co come out and install wiring for a hot tub and was sold as an extra a whole home surge protection system. They installed the wiring for the hot tub. 10 months later, feb 2023 im looking in my main breaker panel and there was no whole home surge protection installed. At no time during the April 2022 hot tub wiring install was i told that they were not installing surge protection which i paid for. When i talked to a manager in feb 2023 the excuse i got for them not installing whole home surge protection was “at the time, April 2022, the warehouse was out of the whole home surge protection parts”. That would have been nice to have been told that 10 months ago especially seeing that i paid for the service and didn't get it back then. They finally came out and made it right last week after me calling and complaining. Like i said, all i got was an excuse, not even an apology. Im wondering had i not looked in my breaker panel if lee company would have ever said anything. Doubt it. Moral of the story, go behind the tech and make sure you are getting what you paid for.

    We had a problem with the heaters in our home. A tech came out. Fixed the problems, explained everything. Made sure we were satisfied and then left. Great work from the call to get service to tech fixing problem. Even received an email with explanation. Great work, communication and service.
