We’ve always been able to depend on Choate’s and being a part of their Family Plan gives us piece of mind that our systems are in tip-top shape to last through the seasons. Today, Adam came by for our annual Spring HVAC checkup and he was great. Very professional but at the same time, it felt like a neighbor stopped by for a nice chat.

Would be 5 stars and I wish I could but we did have some repairs done, at one point & the technician left the air filter out. Didn’t realize it until the next time I went in the attic. Unfortunately, that was about 3 weeks after the repair. When I mentioned it to the next technician to come by, his response was “y’all seem to keep a clean house….if you had a bunch of pets I might worry about it.” We have 3 cats & a long haired dog. Adam said everything looked great but I’m still a little concerned about that.

That was probably a simple mistake and those things happen. The anxiety about not having a filter in for a few weeks cost them a star but we we obviously like using Choate’s.

Our AC stopped cooling, so we called Choates since it was still under warranty. Daniel Creasy was our technician and he was super helpful. He explained what the issue was (capacitor) and that it was under warranty. He showed that the caps were missing which could cause a slow leak of coolant. Instead of trying to sell us new caps, he actually found them in the mud around the AC.

He offered Family Plan and never pushed it on us. Initially I said we didn’t want it and he explained what all it covered and we eventually decided to sign up for it.

It was well after 8 pm by time he finished but he made sure everything was working properly and even helped set our upstairs thermostat so it could be programmable (something we were told it wasn’t).

Daniel was amazing and I was glad to have him and Choates working on our AC.

Tech, Jeremiah is very knowledgeable about the installation he provided and very customer service orientated. He assisted in getting me the best payment option for the l services and provided a payment link quickly via email which made it easy for me on my end!

Choates replaced my HVAC system. I signed up for the Family Plan and the technician came today to change the filter and check out everything. Choates may not be the least expensive company but they do a great job.

We have had an issue with our condensing unit for awhile and Choate’s has promptly come out every time and looked at it. This time they sent Daniel Creasy and he spent the most time out there running tests to diagnose the problem.

He was very knowledgeable and professional and even tossed around troubleshooting ideas with us. Once they decided on a plan they got the part in quickly and installed super fast.

What an asset to Choate’s having him on your team! Thank you so much.

Biafra was great. He let us know exactly when he would arrive. He was very friendly and professional. He got our air back on super quick and did not charge us for things we did not need. Would highly recommend him and choates.

Choates technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Claude was no different today. He made sure to wear shoe covers whenever he came in from outside. He made some pretty good recommendations on products as well. 5 star service as usual.
