Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating And Plumbing

I have not made my buying decision yet. I am taking bids or estimates for a new air conditioner. This is the first estimate. I will get 2 more tomorrow. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained the service plans available. I felt comfortable asking questions and receiving answers based on the reliability of a family owned company in business for 60 years selling Carrier products. The customer service is excellent. I felt valued as a potential buyer should feel.

Michael Gregory went through a huge array of options and took his time to make sure we understood them. His technical expertise is outstanding and he did a great job making sure the systems are all sized correctly and resized one of them. I’ll update when the install is done. Thank you!

Jeremiah was very good. He made us aware of the problem, told us what he had to do, answered all questions we asked. I loved his personality, knowledge and patience. It explained everything before he did it. What I really love is all your employees put covering on their feet before entering the house. An A+ from me.

Choate’s is awesome. The technician Kevin S.arrived earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable and nice. He was able to get my AC system working properly in no time all while keeping me updated every step of the way.

Technician was on time, called when he was on the way. I asked if he would mind wearing a mask as we are still shielding because of health reasons. He graciously obliged! He worked several hours checking and servicing our two units. I highly recommend him and Choates!

Quentin and his colleagues were awesome. Quentin took the time to explain both to me and my husband on our new A/C unit on what was best to fit our home and budget. Thanks Choate's for everything. Also, Michael Johnson and his coworker that assisted him did great. They were able to remove the old unit and install the new and was very impressed 👍🏾👍🏾. This was our first HVAC tuneup and Brandon let me know what to expect & made it totally painless. He was lovely to work with and went the extra mile to help get me set up with an insulation consult I’d inquired about & again, let me know what to expect, which I really appreciate. I feel secure that our HVAC is up to taking on the summer after Brandon’s inspection & a thorough and badly needed cleaning. Couldn’t be happier.

David Woods was excellent! He was extremely professional and conversational, always asked for permission before moving around our home to do additional inspections of our drain lines and where other areas might be affected. He explained all of our options and made sure to be very thorough. He also gave us great advice on maintaining clear lines. In the future, I’ll be asking for David again!
