I had a really great experience with Choates.

I called Choates for a second opinion after another company claimed my ac couldn’t be fixed. The other company tried to sell me a brand new unit instead.

The choates technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a minor electrical problem that he was able to repair in less than an hour.

Very thorough diagnostics and repair of a very difficult water leak and busted dryer vent. This has been a process with HVAC and plumbing issues, and Choates has been there every step of the way to see the issues were properly diagnosed and repaired. Still going to monitor for a few days, but I feel certain I had the right people. I’d recommend Choates family plan to anyone. Special shout out to Joe Higgins (plumbing) and Ron Davis (HVAC). Great listeners, eager to solve and fix problems, and see them through.

Josh arrived and installed the defective part on our upstairs air conditioning unit. He was able to work us in after a scheduling snafu. Thank you Josh and thanks to the office staff who helped facilitate the rescheduling.

Choates responded quickly to my service call, gave me an honest assessment of my system and helped me choose a replacement. Giuvanni and Terrance did a great job with the installation and communicated with us throughout the day as things moved along. We certainly appreciate their great work.

Based on my experience, I would recommend Choate's to anyone looking an HVAC provider. We were experiencing degraded performance from our A/C, and were able to schedule a next day appointment on-line with no issues.

While our technician, Eddie Drenner, was not able to make it until nearly 7PM, he stayed until 11PM to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed. Eddie explained any issue he saw, and provided expert recommendations on steps to take.

We were not Choate's family plan customers prior to the visit, but we are now due to the service provided by Eddie.

We have been using Choates for our HVAC systems for 2 years now. Their service is Top Notch and their Technicians are professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of HVAC service..
