I’ve recently had three separate plumbing issues addressed by Choate’s and have been very satisfied with the service they’ve provided. Jerrod has been the technician dispatched on each of the service requests and is always timely, courteous, professional, and informative. Joshua assisted on my last service call and should be commended as well. Job well done!

I was given an arrival time of 10-3. Marcus called me at 10 and arrived around 10:20. The timing was perfect. He was very friendly and went over with me the problem with my AC unit. He explained the causes and gave helpful solutions to maintain my unit. He discussed with me the very affordable membership plan to keep my heating and air maintained. We signed up. Our house is now cooling down quiet nicely.

I must say it is a serious decision to make when you're trying to get major work done on your home. I chose Choate's air conditioning heating and plumbing after meeting with six other companies. The representative James Jonakins was very professional and informative. The price was affordable. I can truly say that installers did a wonderful job they were devoted and very respectful. I would definitely choose Choate's if I needed to do this again. They did a wonderful job.

Quentin is the absolute best at what he does. I had no intentions of replacing my HVAC system this year, but he showed me and made me realize it was needed in every area. I’m so glad I did. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He was just a very nice and courteous young man and made me feel very comfortable. I called Choate's on 6/20 to schedule for an estimate on my A/C unit and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was very pleased with Michael G's expertise and attentiveness to my questions.

The tech ,Robert, was an overall knowledgeable and proficient professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the A/C system and gave honest, informed recommendations regarding repair and labor costs. He patiently explained the issues with the system providing photos of gauge readings and in simple terms provided information to make decisions regarding the A/C. He also gave me multiple options and described each one to assist in with my deciding the best choice for my situation. He displayed genuine concern and provided additional information I requested to ensure I was comfortable with the service and cost. In today’s world of poor customer service and concern, Robert went above and beyond to confirm my complete satisfaction with the services provided. I highly recommend this Company and specifically Robert as a trustworthy and competent technician who takes pride in their service and complete dedication in customer satisfaction.
