When I called Choates I had no idea that making energy efficient changes caused a natural air circulation problem attic insulation energy efficient windows crawl space vent covers was fine in the winter but mornings in the spring at 67 degrees it was 82 in the house by midday unbearable Special thanks to Darren Kersting Comfort Advisor who spent 1/2 of his day analyzing the problem he asked me to tell him what was going on before he started when he came down from the attic he was sweating profusely and he said your house is very well insulated but air is not circulating throughout he explained two things that could be done to change heating and cooling problem I agreed to the one that I wanted to try I need to get rid of this problem for good it has been a month my thermostat has been set on 73 degrees every room feels the same all day I have no idea how hot it is outside until I go out there another person I give Special Thanks to is the installer and his helpers Allen Bush the first thing he said was you will be cool today and I was it took two days to finish there were other things he would be doing the last person I will give Special Thanks to is the installer for Natural Light Systems who installed a Solar Light Attic Fan I saw him do a quick repair to a couple of shingles that were not even close to where he was working thank you As for the completely improved Comfort of my home I am Loving it!!!!!

HVAC technician came by for annual preventative maintenance and did a great job except he failed to return power to my outdoor units, resulting in me returning to a house over 80 degrees during a heat wave. Minor oversight of a crucial detail that spoiled an otherwise positive experience

Kord was our technician. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the extra time to educate us on what was going on while also giving us our best options with our HVAC. Anyone who works with Kord is in good hands.

Joseph was polite and professional when I greeted him at the front door. He figured out where the water leak was in a matter of minutes and it was fixed in no time. Joseph then explained how he eliminated the problem and also gave tips for drying up the water that had leaked on the carpet. I would definitely recommend the family plan to anyone that doesn’t have it. It is well worth it. Choate is always friendly, courteous and professional with every interaction.

Choates did an outstanding expeditious job to get my Air Conditioner back up and running. Mr. Chebuske was a true professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company - professional from the initial phone call to a rapid completion of the repair!

I called Choate's this morning and was given a time frame for the service call on the same day. Their technician, Patrich Banks, called me to confirm the address and to let me know his estimated arrival time. He was on time. He showed me pictures of the problem and the system is now working. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call Choate's for any future problems.

Had An.a/c issue, called at 12:30 a.m. and was put on the schedule for today. The technician, Brandon Hall quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed. Choate has been our source for years and they have always been great. Brandon did an outstanding job and we couldn’t be happier.

Kord was fantastic-professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. 3 stars are for Choates because I’ve had bad experiences with other techs and they are expensive.
