Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating And Plumbing

We are members of the Choate's Family Plan and was scheduled for HVAC maintenance appointment today. Alex Caldwell was our scheduled technician for the HVAC service. Alex was courteous, competent , knowledgeable and professional.

Zachary came to fix our sink. He was quick and courteous. The job seems well done. We would recommend him and Choates to others with plumbing and AC needs.

Mr. Craig was very knowledgeable regarding my options for heating and cooling my screen porch renovation. He went over the costs, requirements and extras I could get. Very informative meeting for my plans.

Joe and the Choates team are awesome! Joe called when he was on his way, diagnosed our issue with speed and great effectiveness, and within 20 minutes had our faucet repaired. We will definitely want to have Joe out again for any plumbing service. Choates is the way to go; I highly recommend giving them a call for any HVAC/Plumbing needs.

I set an appointment with this company for a washing machine outlet back up. This company is very professional. My tech Joe was extremely knowledgeable. He even went into detail about the perks of getting the family plan program. He took less than a hour to fix my problem. Will definitely recommend this company. The techs also take payments using a iPad . Not sure if they take cash ( that could be dangerous for techs) .

Great Customer Service and explained clearly that if I have an issue, what it is and approximate cost if repairs are needed.

I'm so excited to have one handle for my shower instead of two! They updated our bathtub and saudered the pipes to fix the leak! They were right on time and even did it on a Saturday for us and finished on a Friday! I will definitely recommend them and be using them in the future!
