Air Pros Heating & Cooling representatives (Darrell & Jessie) replaced my OLD (24+ years old) HVAC system. They were on-time, professional and FAST! When Darrell first came to my house to diagnose the issue, he took the time to show me the issue and to find out what was important to me in replacing the old unit. Then he provided me with a very reasonable quote. They were able to provide me with same-day service when I called for the service call and a one-day installation. Excellent company! I will definitely use them for ALL of my HVAC needs!

Kyle and Anthony arrived yesterday promptly at 9. They worked throughout the 5 hours while they were here. They were courteous, trustworthy, thoughtful in that they were careful when moving their equipment, and professional. I would definitely want them to return again if I needed any kind of air help.

We needed our gas fireplace inspected. The technician was very thorough and showed me how to operate it as well. Great customer service. Thank you.

If you're looking for a company with employees who are straight shooters, Air Pros is the best. This is the second time I called them to get a secondary quote/opinion on issues/repairs where other companies had recommended major projects or new HVAC units (at prices that were astronomical). Both times, I ended up saving a lot of money, and felt entirely confident that they were steering me in the best direction. They got things up and running quickly and painlessly in the middle of summer. I'll call these guys first next time, without question!

My air wasn’t working this past week and with the sweltering heat complaining kids and a health condition I needed it to be fixed quick… I called around and most places needed a day or two and were a little out of my price range. I was lucky enough to stumble across the air pros I kept my fingers crossed and hoped they could help. We’ll that worked they were awesome they came out the same day and now I’m sitting comfortably in the air again. kids are still complaining but at least it’s nice and cool in my house. The price was right on point!

Horrible experience! They left an 80 year old woman and 2 young children without any help. They accepted our call on a very hot day and after hours of it being assigned to them they canceled on us and refused to give any reason or explanations. Very hard to get them in the phone and when you do get them they are extremely hostile. Highly recommended to stay away from this company. Horrible experience! I really wish ZERO STARS was an option

Air Pros installed a new AC/heating system a couple of weeks ago. The system works great but in AC mode made a lot of noise. They came back later and re-routed the intake to a higher point, reducing the noise to almost nothing. Courteous, professional and friendly. Great people to work with.

AC failed on a SAT afternoon , hot day. Tech arrive early. Located and corrected the AC problem. Explained the problem and repair. Totally professional.

Fast and reliable service! Darryl showed up to my home within 2 hours of my call on a weekend (which is unheard of). He was very knowledgeable of what was going on and had my A/C running very quickly. He treated me with much respect with an understanding of the heat we were dealing with to get our A/C up and running. I would highly recommend Air Pros to anyone who needs Heating and A/C work.
