We had a gas fireplace problem. Air Pros were listed as doing fireplace repairs, but I didn't see any reviews regarding fireplaces, just heating and A/C. However, the reviews were all good, so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did! Darrell came out the same day (not weeks later like some competitors) and did a great job. Not only did he correct our problem but he also gave a lot of helpful information. And, despite being a Dallas Cowboys fan, he was a very nice guy! We will definitely use Air Pros and Darrell again. Highly recommend.

Technician arrived on time was very nice explain to me what was wrong then he called my Home Warranty people for approval after that it was fixed in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them

Air Pros is a brand new company to the area, and I can't praise them enough! I was down visiting family in the 100°+ heat when their unit stopped working. The first few places we called had long wait times for techs and very high pricing. Air Pros had none of that! The techs showed up within the hour (it was a Sunday), they were polite, knowledgeable, didn't try to up-sell us on unnecessary components, and got the unit back up and running in time for dinner. We were so glad we took a chance on Air Pros, and I'm sure you will be too!

Not a professional company.. I received a call last week Monday scheduling my appointment for Wednesday 2/2/22 between the hours of 1-3 pm to install my motor. No one showed up nor called to reschedule the appointment.. today is 2/8/22 and still no call..

Could not be happier with the level of service provided today! Darrell and his team were so quick in response to a small dilemma that I had with refrigeration at my house. Everyone I engaged with was extremely courteous and they came out within an hour. Highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC/Refrigeration needs!

Had our gas fireplace repaired. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything is working fine now and cost was less than other companies!! Very happy with Airpros!!

We learned our Heat Pump had died during a no cool service call from Air Pros H&C. Because of their prices we were able to upgrade to a higher SEER value and we learned that our old unit was undersized. So we were also able to install a 3 ton unit instead of 2.5. Our Goodman unit is running smoothly so far and we hope to enjoy the comforts for many years.

The staff at Air Pros are pleasant and very helpful. The technicians were well trained and did a professional job. We are pleased with our purchase.

We had to have a new HVAC system. We had three quotes and chose Air Pros. Kyle handled the estimate and the installation. He was excellent to deal with. He did exactly what he said he would do and handled everything perfectly. I highly recommend Air Pros.
