I hate to say it but I would not use this company. The manager was rude to me. The guy has my damper plate and I was kindly asking for week to get my plate back and they wouldn’t give back to me. telling me he trashed it. If i has that plate back I could fix it for $10 now I got buy whole new damper which is $150 plus install. They want $650 to fix which is too high. Never going back not recommend.

The Technicians were professional, polite and courteous. The Office staff communicated well and were great too work with. I highly recommend Air Pros Heating and Cooing!!

I had several local companies come out to look at replacing a 4ton split system in a home that we recently purchased. The home had been ransacked; the condenser was stolen and the attic air handler had been robbed of its coils and blower. Whoever stole my ac had also damaged the ductwork in the process. Most of the techs that came out focused on pointing out the negative. Darrel from Airpros was very professional and did not make a point of pointing out the obvious challenges. He simply said, “I have seen what I need to see”. His confidence and business like manner was encouraging.
A few of the companies were slow with getting me a quote, some never sent anything, and most were unreasonably high on their price. The Airpros quote was in my email the next day. As a real estate Broker, I have overseen the installation of several systems over the years and I felt the quote was very fair. They began work the following Thursday.
When work began we found that the wiring to the stolen system was missing. There was also a breaker that had to be changed. Darrel did not use this as an opportunity to gouge me and stayed within his original quote, only charging me for the extra materials.
With the help of Kyle, who did most of the ground work, the system was installed and working on schedule exceeding my expectations. It was a pleasure working with Darrel, Kyle, and Tina back at the office. All were straightforward and easy to work with.

Our AC in our coffee shop on Edisto Beach Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning the tech arrived and had us up and running within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend them and Kyle our technician was the Best!
