C&C Myers Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Drains

I can't say enough good about our technician, Trevor. Our repair ended up being more extensive and more costly than first anticipated because of the incompetence of another company. Trevor kept us in the loop.every step of the way and did his best to work quickly and efficiently and keep costs as low as possible. All invoices were presented and very clear. My only regret is in not finding C&C Myers earlier.

We purchased a new HVAC from C&C Myers about a year ago, and were very pleased with our unit and the overall professionalism and responsiveness of their team. However, we had the drip pan malfunction last week which caused leaking into our home office, but their team has been INCREDIBLE in fixing the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Within hours of reporting the problem, Paul came out and fixed the issue and was informative throughout the entire process. We have a 1 year old at home, so having the AC working for her is a priority, and we could not have been more pleased with the work. Since then, they have been proactive in reaching out to me to repair the ceiling and other damages that have occurred. It's simply hard to find companies in any industry that do that these days, ESPECIALLY during the busy season. We are very pleased with C&C Myers and how they have handled the problem that we have encountered.

My system was thoroughly inspected today by Delano, who was courteous, professional, and truly concerned about the condition of our HVAC! Thankfully, no issues were found since we had C&C Myers complete extensive maintenance and repair work on our system last year! Great company to do business with!

Robbie came out last week to do our regular HVAC maintenance. He explained everything in detail which allowed us to make a good decision on our next step. He returned two days later with a co-worker (I should have written down his name - my bad) and they cleaned and repaired the vents, ducts and blower. Both gentlemen were punctual and professional. The work was first quality. We shall definitely continue to use C&C Myers going forward.

Very professional, came on time, performed maintenance on the HVAC system, explained everything to us. Even changed our filter for us. Glad we know that everything is safe, peace of mind.

We used C&C Myers because of the affiliation with Costco. We expected that they would be held to the kind of standards that Costco provided-but that has not turned out to be true. During the pre-sales period they were very responsive and professional. Now once the contact was signed we started having issues. We were told that some components of our existing system needed to be upgraded in order to move from a 12SEER to a 16SEER system (which seemed to be in order) but explained that this was outside the Costco program and had to be paid directly to C&C. We were also told that the new system would be raised from its current position and placed on dampeners to reduce noise. When the installers arrived they didn’t replace all the lines as we had contacted; saying they weren’t required. They also said that they cannot raise the unit without significant rework of the system which wasn’t covered. And the installers didn’t complete all the items of the contract (duct disinfectant) -seemingly they were more interested in going home for the day. We had to wait for their internal Quality Control/Lead Technician to come out and inspect before receiving this portion of the contracted service.

From the beginning of our A/C replacement, C and C Myers has been on-time. professional, personable, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.
Recently, Delano Richards came to conduct a complimentary check up on our system that was replaced in the spring. Delano was so friendly, 30 minutes early (never happens with other companies) for the appointment and was polite and courteous.

The technician at C&C Myers discovered my AC unit was not square causing the safety feature to shut down the unit until repositioned. The HVAC is a little over one year old. I have found all the technicians with C&C Meyers to be well qualified.

I am a totally satisfied customer!! Today two crews from.C&C Myers came to my home to service my Heat/AC unit and inspect my plumbing systems. Great service from Mel on Heat/AC and Michael and Steven on plumbing. They checked EVERYTHING and left me with a written report of my systems for my files. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions about maintenance and upkeep of CHS systems. I've had experiences with another firm doing these bi-yearly checks C&C Myers crew was by far the best!!! It is nice to experience this level of service these days and we appreciate it! Thank you guys!
