Had a service today, very pleased. Technician Charles Fields was very thorough and he went over everything. Highly recommend.

All of the representatives were professional and gave clear information about the problem and treatment. Jacob Carlton was the plumber made the diagnosis and repair. ESS staff, Katie and Jason were also excellent in their skill, timeliness as well as professional.

This company is fraudulent they tell you your old system is terrible and needs to be replaced. They quoted me $26,000 for a new system and $4000 to repair my old system. I work for the Navy, and at the moment am handicapped due to a surgery . I was able to repair the unit for $600 doing it myself.

Charles Fields was the service technician for our regular scheduled maintenance. He was very professional and friendly. He was on time and messaged me 30 minutes in advance to let me know he was on the way.

Did not attend to all areas or do what was said going to be done. Left debris everywhere! Everywhere! As if whatever they used to suck out the debris had a leak and blew all over my home! Even inside my cabinets my dishes were blackened from dirt and dust particles. System is still dirty and smells. Called management and left message with secretary to call and never called. Would not recommend.

Poor customer Svs. Kate arrival. No communication on late arrival. Tech showed up 1.59 hours laye. Rude. Unprofessional. Office put on hold and did not come back.

Dan was very professional and identified the stuck gears and loosened them. Our disposal may have 5 more years. Very pleased with the repair and cost savings over replacing the disposal.

Steven Ross was our service provider and could not have been more professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was happening and what he recommended and resolved our problem working with the city Public Works department. We would welcome Steven back anytime.
