This company is always super responsive and excellent at giving you multiple options for your situation at all different price points for your budget. Tex are great at communicating arrival time and never hard to get an appointment within a day or so when it’s not an emergency. We have never had an emergency situation. I will say I am not a fan of their phone service answers when they aren’t open.

Both service techs that came today were on time, professional and Personable. I felt they each knew their area of expertise And were able to communicate the results of their inspection clearly. I was so impressed I purchase the service contact to ensure I would have them available in the event of a problem.

Hawk was efficient and professional in repairing the toilet. He was personable and engaging and genuinely happy to do the work. Would definitely recommend him and C&C.

Steven was the plumber who repaired our outdoor faucet pipe that burst due to the extremely low temps. He was friendly, efficient and had the pipe repaired quickly. He asked about any other issues I had & then took care of three minor indoor faucet issues before leaving. Based on this experience, I would recommend C&C Myers & consider them for any future needs.

I went to the office of C&C heating was given great service, I had an appointment that afternoon, Mario Ochoa was the technician, he was early and very respectful and took time to explain each option he said he would be back the next day to install the new toilet. Would recommend C&C heating to anyone looking for a good reliable company.

I was fortunate enough to work with Mark. He answered all our questions and provided us with 4 options of which we were able to choose from with out having to deal with a pushy sales person in our home. The installation went ver well and we would recommend C&C.

I purchased a new HVAC system back in 2022. I have had nothing but problems since it was installed a few months ago. I reached out to the GM when I had a serious issue with the installation. I never heard back from him. I didn’t hear a word from any of the upper management about my disappointment with such a large purchase! A different technician has been to my home 7 times (basically every month) since the unit was installed, the last being today! I have been told so many different stories I don’t know what to believe! They refuse to replace the unit, which appears to be a lemon, given all of the issues! I am very disappointed with a company that doesn’t return your calls and doesn’t stand behind their product!

My technician, Steven, was fantastic. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but his honesty and integrity was very impressive. Steven fixed the hot water problem with a very simple solution that another home maintenance company had tried to convince me just one day prior that I needed a $7000 repair to accomplish— and there was no in between fix. I will without a doubt be using C&C Myers again in the future! Thank you!

The technicians are always extremely professional and helpful. This time I had normal maintenance but also a small issue with the system occasionally rebooting. The tech spent the time needed to find the issue and resolve it - saving me BIG headaches down the road. Kudos C&C team!
