Before the serviceman even looked at my tankless water heater, he was giving me a sales pitch for a new $4500.00 water heater. After a $150.00 “diagnostic” fee, I was told that my current water heater is shot and can’t be repaired. I just spent $150.00 on a sales pitch and I feel ripped off.

EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are out of the country in Paraguay. My nephew is house sitting for us in Charleston and watching over our three dogs. The AC decides to stop and my 11 year old Labrador doesn't do well in heat. Thanks to C&C's website and modern technology, I'm able to make an appointment and pay via a Skype call. Understandably, this is a busy time of year, so at first, it was going to be several days before help could arrive. I then received this eMail from Kevin Hill...

How often do people get that kind of caring, personalized service?! Kevin and the technicians were able to help us quickly and efficiently. The customer service and accounting representatives were wonderful. This is my fourth interaction with this company and CONSISTENTLY, they show sincere care for their customers. Thank You C&C Myers! From December 15, 2017... Excellent business! Nick and Tyler arrived on time and were extremely thorough, courteous and professional. I was very impressed with Nick's knowledge of the HVAC profession and airflow analysis. He walked me through the issues with my HVAC system, helping me establish immediate needs and long range goals, even giving me courtesy ballpark figures to help me budget for future projects. Exemplary customer service!

The HVAC duct cleaning industry is somewhat shady in that there are contractors out there that will use the threat of mold to provide unneeded services at unreasonable prices and then provide less than satisfactory service. C & C Meyers is not one of those contractors. They were professional, reasonable, and competent, and went out of there way not to oversell. Being a full service HVAC company, they were equipped to correct problems with duct work in addition to cleaning. I would use them again.

I had problems with a broken pipe due to the extremely cold weather we had . I called C&C and they sent over Steven Ross. Steven was great , knowledgeable and very pleasant. I plan on using him in the future , if I have a problem.
