I’ve dealt with this company since I moved here 5yrs. ago. Initially met Joey and Kim. Currently the technician I deal with is Tony, extremely knowledgeable and professional.Long story short I recently had major problems with my top of the line Lennox system that had a lot of things that could go wrong and was a nightmare to diagnose. Along the way I questioned some price issues and at times because of my lack of patience and being exciteable took my frustrations out on the wrong people, like the girls in the office, etc. Well the girls always maintained their composure and were very respectful always getting me to the right person to talk to, as for the pricing and frustrations Joey made sense and good on all issues involved. Because of Tony truly being an expert in his field and very professional all issues are resolved and the system is running better than it did when I first moved into my house. Thanks to all involved.

Charles Fields, Service Technician was very pleasant and professional to work with and listened very carefully to the specific needs and history of my residential HVAC system. Charles did a thorough evaluation and was able to diagnose some items that needed attention, but also gave confidence in the system's health moving forward with recommendations on how to keep it operating well.

New home build finished 2018. We have a top floor mini split unit serviced twice a year with most recent service by C and C Myers. No issues found.

Two weeks later the drywall, our furniture, rug and wood floors damaged due to water leak from the mini split.

Different C and C Myers tech came out to assess the issue and clearly shows the mini split was not leveled by previous tech therefore water could not exit the unit to exterior via drain line. Drain line was completely wide open. The tech immediately contacted the C and C Myers owner, Jim, who asked the tech why did it take me so long to notice water leaking and he will handle it. The mini split is on a floor not frequented often by myself or my family and problem was noticed once we could clearly hear the water leaking from the unit onto the table below it hence the call same day.

I get a call from Jim the next day indicating this was a mini split issue and not C and C Myer issue and will not be responsible for the damages.

After review of findings from his tech of the mini split being off level from recent C and C Myers PM service two weeks earlier causing the water not to exit the drain line, he insults my intelligence by stating from a mechanical engineering standpoint this is not possible. Common sense states water follows gravity and in this case it was not level after the PM service hence the water sitting in the mini split unit and going through my walls and cracking my less than 3 year old hard wood floors.

The second tech was apologetic of the damage and mishap on behalf of C and C Myers which I told him accidents happen and I appreciated his time and showing me the problem.

The issue in this case is with the owner, Jim who does not take responsibility for issues caused by his business. The service was recorded per company policy in his iPad and I have on record the entire interaction with the tech and owner and have attached some photos of the damages.

Accidents happen but accountability by this owner, Jim, is sorely lacking.

Very pleased with the service visit from Charles Fields. He went over and above to inspect our HVAC platform and recommend optional maintenance items that might help us avoid future problems. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was very thorough and polite. No question was too silly. He took his time showing me all over the system. He then gave me 5 options to consider. I felt at ease and pleased he was so thoughtful.

Service tech was very professional and diagnosed that I need a new system. My problem is that the drip pan sensor which detects water in the pan was disconnected and just hanging below the pan.
If I had not been checking each day, there would be water coming down through my attic, very sloppy and dangerous.
My other complaint is I called the office the following morning to get a quote on a new system and no one called back.

I have used this co in the past but the experience, today, was disappointing. The ease of making an appointment and the punctuality of the employee was great. However, it went downhill from there. To sum it up, the company does not supply their staff with adequate supplies, it does not allot ample time for the repair to be made and the cost was outrageous. I was supplying part of the materials needed and the repair/replacement was not that complicated. I had to decline the project due to the mentioned reasons and found a licensed/insured plumber with 30 years of experience for half of this company's quote.

Technician was at my house on time and was very polite. Explained entire process throughout and helped resolve my issue quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.
