This was a scheduled service visit for our plumbing. The technician was on time, efficient, communicated clearly, and summarized any issues needing attention. I continue to be pleased with C&C Myers.

Anthony, the plumber who responded to our service call, was absolutely first rate. After identifying the issue, he spent a considerable amount of time trying to obtain the replacement cartridge from 4 different parts suppliers…none of whom stocked or could obtain the part. He then connected with the faucet’s manufacturer, who advised him that the part, which they might be able to provide , was probably covered under the faucet’s warranty. And if they could not locate it, they would replace the entire faucet at no charge to me.

My A/C system went out a few days. I just bought my condo so I was worried about the possibility of having to buy a whole new system. It did take 3 days to get an appointment, but I work in the warranty business and knew that is how it is. A/C is considered a luxury, not an emergency. I borrowed a fan and waited it out. Matthew arrived, super personable guy and took the time to go over my system and educate me on it. A simple clog in the condensate line and in less than 2 hours my temps were nice and cool again. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received, the professionalism, quality and value. I signed up for the maintenance plan because it made sense to me. (They didn't take my coupon though, bummer!) I highly recommend C&C Myers.

Dan did a wonderful job; he was polite and friendly. He ascertained that the old kitchen faucet was leaking and could not be repaired so he installed a new faucet that we had bought. He installed it quickly and very efficient.
