There are things in life especially these days that you can't put a price on and one of those things is good customer service which is not so easy to come by anymore. Coastal Air was on time did an amazing job and looks 10 times better than what the builder installed. My old unit was only 2.5 years old. The builder needs to fix this entire neighborhood with Coastal Air Solutions. Thank you Coastal Air. Your people that came to my house and replaced an entire system were off the charts professional. Updated to 10 Stars. Both of my damper valves that were installed by the builder have failed in less than 3 years. Coastal air has came out and replaced them both on the same day I called that each one failed. I am a retired disabled Veteran and to see a company that cares about what they do is outstanding. If you need a new system or repairs call Coastal Air First. You will not call anyone else again.

We came back home from vacation to find out our unit wasn't working & to fix it was gonna cost just as much as to getting a new one, Coastal Air solution was able to come to the rescue, very professional great customer service. First week after they replace my unit we started hearing a noise we called them & came to fix it the problem right away, it was a manufacturing issue. Will recommend to anyone around!

My AC stopped working so I called these folks. Nicole answered immediately and was able to get a technician over to my house in under an hour. Technician arrived and was very knowledgable and polite. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to show me exactly what was wrong and explain it to me in terms I could understand. He also gave me some great advice on how to keep my system running smoothly going forward. 100% will recommend to friends and coworkers.

Dale and his crew were amazing! Always prompt and courteous. Had my new AC split unit installed on time and made sure everything was good before leaving. Dale also called to check after a few days. During our first summer in our newly-purchased home our HVAC unit went out and we were facing a steep repair bill to fix a 10+ year old system. After a night of nearly 90 degree temps in the house, my wife and I decided to replace the system. We called Rob on a Friday afternoon and left a message. He called back the same evening to schedule an appointment to visit the next day (Saturday). By noon on Saturday we had a contract signed and the system was installed on Monday. Rob even brought us a few temporary AC units to run in the house until our new system was installed! Coastal Air Solutions is great.
