Had to replace entire hvac system. Other than the fact they had to keep scheduling to come back due to parts needed, replacement was well done. The problem with them having to return 3 times is the same team never returned so neither knew what the other team had completed or needed to finish install since it was their first time seeing the unit.

Listen folks, Coastal Air Solutions IS a Fantastic company! The crew, led by John and Roger was so friendly and professional. They started at 7:00 am, and they were through by 9:15 am...I have AC again! They did this Amazing job today, June 4, 2020. I had to inform everyone, Coastal Air Solutions ROCK!!

Called this company to get a repair in 2022. Received a call from a tech giving me a time then not even 5 mins later the Owner Dale Morris calls asking questions. When i told him that i did get a quote from his company a year ago about replacing my hvac and i informed him i went with another company because they offered a better price, he immediately cancelled the appointment, informed me I'll be at the back of the line and told me this was happens when i try and save money and i should call the other company. ABSOLUTELY horrid customer service from the owner

My AC had not been as cold as it was before and was not keeping up on extremely hot days. I looked at reviews of several different companies and called for a quote for service to come and look at it. One company told me it would be a week before they could even come to look at it my AC.
Not only did Coastal Air Solutions have someone here within ONE HOUR of me calling but the service charge was also cheaper than the other company. The tech that arrived was Mark, he was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable and honest. He told me exactly what the problem was (low on refrigerant) which meant it had a leak in the system. He told me he could add the refrigerant for now to get me by for a while but it would eventually leak again or he could repair the leak but it would be expensive and at this point my system is 15 years old so id probably be better off to start thinking about replacing it before it nickel and dimes me to death.
Mark did not try to trick me or sell me anything... he gave me my options and explained each one in detail and left the decision up to me. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience from beginning to end and i will be using Coastal Air Solutions again for my heating/cooling needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone as an honest company to do business with.

I have used Coastal on a few occasions for a couple of investment properties. They have been on time, reasonably priced and effective.

We were in the market for a new HVAC system and received quotes from several companies. Coastal was very responsive in sending us what we asked for in terms of quotes and Dale was very courteous and helpful. They came to our home very quickly once we asked for a quote and just as quick once we chose them for the new system. Their responsiveness was amazing. The team who came to install our new system were great as well! They were all very careful and courteous in all they did. They ran a test before leaving to be sure all was working well and showed us how to use the new thermostat they installed. All in all, we are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Coastal.

Coastal Air installed our system in 2019, today they did our scheduled fall maintenance. The Tech was Gavin, He was fantastic, through, friendly, he explained everything he did. I highly recommend Coastal Air and especially Gavin.

My AC system is less than 4 years old and we've had several issues since install (which was done by another company). Several parts have failed and soldering was not done properly at install.
Coastal Air has helped us two years in a row in replacing those parts and fixing the soldering and I am extremely pleased with their service. They were fair in pricing, very professional, and timely in response and service. I was nervous I would have to suffer through the heat of the summer until someone could come out and fix it, but they were able to schedule us in like the next day!
I would use this company again and this is a company I trust.
