Excellent service from the initial call to schedule service to the final repairs necessary. Outstanding job and a pleasure to have @ my home. The technician called ahead of time to notify me that he would be delayed and then showed up on time as promised. The task was performed professionally and quickly. We just had service from Coastal Air solutions. Chris did an awesome job on our air conditioner unit. Our unit was broke for 3 years and the one year old window unit broke. With the heat index reaching 114 degrees it was miserable. But little over an hour Chris had our unit working. I am ever grateful for Chris and Coastal Air Solutions. My family will always use Coastal Air solutions for our bi-annual service check ups.

I recently had to have my home packaged heating & cooling unit replaced during a period of high demand for all of the HVAC companies in the area. I received pricing from several other companies, but Coastal Air Solutions had the most competitive offering by far. And I can't say enough about how great Dale and his crew were to work with. They had my new unit installed in a matter of only a couple of days from when I initially contacted them. I will be recommending them to any and everyone for their HVAC needs whether it be routine service or a unit/system replacement.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and took their time to ensure that the job was done right the first time, not done in a hurry. They excel at customer service, taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns to ensure that I will be happy with the system I purchased for a long time.

Today had my AC system serviced. We have them out twice a year and have for 5 + years. They are always efficient, thorough and on time as scheduled. Chris is fabulous but they all are. Great company and great people. Thanks for being a supplier we can trust.

James arrived on time and was professional and personable. He provided a thorough explanation of items found during the semi-annual maintenance but left me feeling confident that my HVAC system was in good shape. Coastal Air Solutions II has always done me right!

Had a really bad experience last year with a company out of Summerville. Had to purchase a $1800 compressor (still under warranty) when the actual problem was nothing more than a dirty contact, for that reason I was really worried about getting someone out to work on the A/C. Coastal Air Solutions showed when they said they would, accurately diagnosed the problem, had someone drive to Charleston to pick up the part, and had us back up and running in very little time. Even saved me quite a bit by checking on the warranty that I had no idea was still good.
Pretty hard to find a company that has skilled technicians that truly go the extra mile.

I was extremely pleased with everyone at Coastal. They all did an excellent job. Todd Ellison kept everything moving in a positive direction and made sure the job was done right.

New to the area and looking for regular maintenance....most places won't even return phone calls. Coastal Solutions were great! Professional, courteous and very clear communication from scheduling the appointment to showing up on time with text to let you know who was coming and arrival time. No sitting with a 4 hour window for someone who might not show up. Couldn't be happier...glad I found them!
