We have been a customer of Coastal Heating & Air Solutions for 8 years. They have installed two different HVAC(s) for our home (2012 & 2020). They are punctual, professional and their prices are competitive. During this year's yearly-maintenance the technician identified a leak in a system that had been installed in 2007 (by a different company). The age and condition of the existing system would have been too costly to repair - Coastal Heating & Air Solutions also noticed that our existing configuration was creating air-flow inefficiencies. They installed a new system and completely re-ran our ductwork to improve efficiency. The result? An HVAC that works (our old one could never truly cool the section of the house it was routed for) AND our electric bill was cut in half!!! These guys know what they are doing and I HIGHLY recommend them for all your HVAC needs! Thanks Coastal Air Solutions!!

Wow what a responsive company. Called them late afternoon and they were here the next morning. Their Service Technician Brent was fantastic, figured out the problem and got us up and running in no time. We just moved here from the State of Washington and it is refreshing to meet such a company and their employee Brent, that radiates the southern hospitality we are experiencing.
