My family recently needed to have HVAC maintenance done which turned into a recommendation for a complete system overhaul. After the Coastal Air Solutions team visited and provided estimates, there was no doubt this team of experts was the team we wanted: Courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and willing to provide top notch service. They were able to get our home sorted out in short order without sacrificing quality of service, quality of materials, or time.

My wife and I were visiting my daughter in Goose Creek, SC, recently when her AC unit stopped working. I called Coastal Air and they were on the problem right away. A technician was dispatched to look at the unit.
He tried to get the compressor to work but since it was over 20 years
old there was nothing he could do at the moment. We met with Mr. Morris the next day to discuss three proposal. We reviewed the proposals and chose a replacement unit.

To help my daughter with her overheated house, portable AC units were sent to her home for use until the new unit was installed. A crew of 4 technicians were on-site in a few days to install the new unit.

They were on time, friendly, efficient, tidy, and were excellent in all aspects of the installation.

This is a Top Notch company, from sales, service, and installation.
Great people to work with. I would use them again without hesitation.

Outstanding service from conceptual design of the duct system to installation and clean-up. Hands down, the most professional service out there at competitive prices. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, always on time and left the work area clean each day. I highly recommend Coastal Air Solutions, Inc. for anyone in need of either HVAC installation/ service, duct installation or crawl space encapsulation. They performed service for me in all three areas. Their work is top drawer and I would not trust anyone else to meet my HVAC needs. I will continue to use them each year with their maintenance program to keep my system in top running condition. You cannot make a mistake in choosing Coastal Air Solutions, Inc.

This is an awesome company. Mark came out today and serviced our two houses. He was very thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with his work. He did an amazing job.

Chris was very professional and arrived before my scheduled appointment. He explained everything that he was doing in a simple way that anyone can understand. He found leaks in my system and I am currently waiting for the office to call me with an estimate for the repairs and a time that it can be accomplished. Very happy so far.

05/18/2021 - Last night I had an issue with a unit that was not working. Both the owner and one of him employees were able to quickly resolve the problem over the phone. My house has never felt more comformtable than with the Trane systems installed. Most important, Coastal Air Solutions is committed to service after the sell.

05/12/2020 - Today my units were serviced for the 2nd year after my new install. Morgan was by far one of the best technicians to visit the house. He was very meticulous taking care of my units as if they were his own. Very polite and respectful. Super company!!

Within the last year I had PARDEE come out to do their service on my two Heat Pump Units. In the end nothing major. Just a few weeks ago one went down (twice in a week for the same thing) and was charged both times. Their salesman just happen to be with the guy and they gave me an offer that appeared to be good but with little details. I checked around and Coastal Air Solutions offered a far superior product at a lower price. Hard to believe when PARDEE was offering a free Air Handler with theirs. Today Coastal Air Solutions came back out to service my other unit and found a set of my Air Strips not connected. Odd that the PARDEE team did not notice this. Maybe it is because they never opened the unit when they charged me to service them. Bascially, PARDEE has been less than professional and misleading in their offer. On the other hand Coastal Air Solutions and their owner Dale has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great team to service your Heating and Air needs I highly recommend them.

Dale was a sweetheart.. Came out and explained everything,even sent a tech out to fix our system temporarily until we could get our new unit installed.. technicians were on time courteous clean and fast. Explained everything about our new unit clearly. Will definitely refer this company to others..

Called in and spoke with Dale who helped promptly get a service tech out to my house at 7 pm. Service tech Mark was thorough, very personable, professional and made it very clear what the cause of our problem was and had the unit up and running in about 90 minutes. I would highly recommend and use again for any air conditioning related matter, without hesitation.

This company was the only company to call me back within 30 min. The owner came out to give a proposal. The staff and tech. was very professional and friendly they did a great job. I recommend them for any A/C services.
