Our upstairs AC unit stopped working, so we called Coastal Air based on a neighbor’s recommendation. About an hour after our call, Chris arrived to diagnose our issue. The part was ordered and installed the following week (timing was a bit delayed due to Memorial Day). Chris is excellent—timely, knowledgeable, exceptionally polite. Would recommend this company without hesitation and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had great service with this company. They were on time (actually a bit early) and very professional. Diagnosed three problem within minutes and had the part ON HAND!!! Got out A/C up and running within 20-30 minutes on one of the hottest days! Thank you thank you thank you! Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic Customer Service. Our A/C stopped working and after calling two other company's that we've used in the past for A/C repairs and was told it would be a week before they could work on our unit. It was 92 Deg. outside this day. I then called Coastal Air and what a surprise! Their repairman Chris was here in 15 minutes! He happened to be in my neighborhood. The nice people at Coastal Air scheduled him to come and look at our system ASAP. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. After his diagnosis of our A/C unit he found the problem issue, fixed it and stayed until he was sure that our system was back up and running properly. Honestly, Coastal Air is the only company I will use for servicing our A/C unit if I ever need A/C service and they are just a few miles away. What a great discovery and Chris is a wonderful representative for Coastal Air!

The owner Dale was very nice to talk to. He didn't try to sell me a whole new unit, when I didn't need one. He told me my problem and then gave me a good recommendation on what to do to fix it. The next day, the tech Chris shows up. He was on time and very polite. He replaced my blower motor and cleaned my ac unit. I highly recommend using this company for all your ac needs. Coastal Air replaced my Furnace and Condensing unit a few years ago. The did an outstanding job and we were very pleased with their professionalism.
I have them maintain and check our system twice a year and it is worth it to have the peace of mind that everything is working efficiently and properly.

When I noticed that my AC had stopped working around noon today, I made a service request call to Coastal Air. The telephone operator was very professional and quickly informed me that a technician would be at my house this afternoon to work the problem. Within two hours, Chris was at my door ready to work. He quickly found the problem and made the repairs. While troubleshooting the unit, Chris kept me informed and showed me the cause of the problem. This is just the latest example of the experience that I have with using Coastal Air Solutions. Their staff are always very friendly and helpful. We are fortunate to have a company like Coastal Air Solutions in the area.

Outstanding from start to finish. Very professional and honest company. Dale the owner is a man of his word and made sure everything he promised to do was done. This was a large job of replacing a upstairs unit and all the duct work as well as a downstairs unit and all it's duct work. They also did a full encapsulation. Could not be more pleased with their work. Most highly recommended.
