We returned from a trip to a cold house and called Coastal Air Solutions. Aaron arrived shortly and had the problem fixed within an hour at a reasonable cost.Aaron was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I'll definitely use them again.

Coastal air solutions made our house feel like a new home! Since we moved into our house we have had thousands of dollars in repair costs to a fairly new HVAC unit that was installed prior to our home purchase about 5 years ago and it finally just died completely a month and a half ago. A friend told us about Coastal air solutions so we gave them a call. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they showed up on time. We were given several options including one estimate that was a bit higher than I anticipated but not without reason. The importance of airflow, unit sizing and proper ducting were explained . We were reassured by the Coastal team that we would see the difference in comfort and energy savings and they suggested that we contact our electricity provider for a financing program being offered , so we opted to go with the higher estimate. Within a couple days, the coastal team was out to perform the new install. They were all courteous, knowledgeable and all worked until the job was completed. It only took 2 days to install the entire system. Communication was great during and after the installation. We could make a call and if they didn't answer, we received a call back within minutes. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew! And as for the comfort and savings...our house feels better than I imagined. Things we hadn't thought of...our bread lasts longer because there is no longer moisture in the air! And as far as cost...our loan payment and our electricity bill are less than our electricity bill alone used to be!! To Dale and every one....THANK YOU!!!!!

Coastal Air Solutions technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation went smoothly and my new unit runs very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for any person in need of HVAC repairs or new unit installation. Very professional!

I called to receive an estimate for a new A/C unit. Nicole was eager to help. She was a delight and very friendly. We accepted the reasonable estimate Dale provided and the company installed at the end of the week. The staff was professional and very efficient installing our new unit. They have earned our future business and most important our respect. We highly recommend them!

From calling to make an appointment to when they show up at the house, it's always a delight to work with them. And when they do a job, it stays done.

After reading several reviews about these folks, my wife and I decided to give them a call. All the reviews were grand.

I must say, the customer service from everyone and the response times exceeded expectations.

Dale is the owner. He does all of the quoting. He told me that he hasn't hired a salesman in all his years of owning Coastal Air Solutions. I thought this a little unorthodox. After he explained why, I understood his passion and reasoning for doing the right thing for the customer.

The entire process was productive and informative. Dale was patient with my wife and I as we gathered funds and information to make an educated decision. Upon making a decision that would have costed us about 1500 more dollars, Dale told me he wasn't comfortable selling me a certain unit but rather a unit that better fit our needs at our residence. After steering us away from spending more money he helped us to make a better choice that we could not only afford but feel comfortable with. After all, isn't that why we all have air conditioning? To be comfortable??

On installation day, Dale showed up to introduce himself and then his team that would be installing the units we purchased. They were not only professional, but, extremely down to earth and personable. Our in-home unit was located just outside our master bedroom where my wife was nursing and caring for our 2 week old little girl. We needed to enter and exit the room often during the time the Coastal Air Solutions team was installing our unit. Throughout the entire time they were here it never felt like they were in the way nor did we feel like we were imposing on them.

We wanted to thank the entire team for outstanding and one of a kind service.

A special shout out to Blake and John for really making us feel good about our purchase and installation experience. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and allowed us to care for our new born while they installed the units. You all rock!! Blake and John rock the most!! Sorry Dale and team, these two were amazing!

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had with Coastal Air Solutions! The technician that came to our rescue, Chris, was knowledgable, professional, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed our problems and worked systematically to make sure that he resolved each of them (which there were quite a few). He was prompt, helpful, and an excellent ambassador for Coastal Air Solutions. Coastal Air is a fantastic company. They were extremely professional, extremely thorough with withers scope of work they were going to do on my house as well. Additionally there quality of work can not be beat. Extremely fair and competitive quotes with Scheduling flexibility that meets the consumer’s need. I have already recommended their services to 4 people in my neighborhood and I will continue to recommend them for future business. This is truly a 1st Class business.

Coastal has been nothing but helpful. They have come out more than once to take a look at our old units and gave me a thorough explanation of what was happening. They are upfront and honest company and are very responsive. They even came out on a Sunday evening when our heat was out and got us set up on emergency heat. We ended up replacing our old units ans putting in new ones. Dale and his team know what they are doing and are the only people we will let service our HVAC units.
