Will and his team were very professional in working with me. I was unable to be in town when they worked on my AC but they called and gave me updates and options. So thankful for their honesty!

Called a few places before deciding on this one. Deciding factors for picking were great attitude, fast service, great pricing. I was not let down. The technician had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. Now I’m am sitting in a soon to be very comfortable house again.

Quality Plus installed a tankless water heater for me and I highly recommend having one. I am very pleased with the water heater and recommend having Quality install it. When i got home on a Wednesday i discovered my air conditioning wasn’t working. It was a week in August when temperatures were capped at 100 degrees. Did i mention it was the Wednesday leading up to the Labor Day holiday. Initially it was projected I’d have to go until Tuesday after Labor Day to get it up and running because it was a holiday weekend. Thursday they came out and assessed the situation. Due to the age of my system the part i needed had to be ordered and wouldn’t be available until that Tuesday. Well, they called around and found the part. By Friday noon it was fixed and cooling things down. I couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with the work and level of professionalism. I highly recommend!!!

I'm giving one star because it wouldn't allow zero!!!

I paid them to inspect our unit while purchasing our new home.. after moving into my house, I started smelling gas when I turned my heat on, so I got SCE&G to take a look.. I have been filling my home for the last three weeks with gas because of issues they overlooked but take no responsibility for. The owner was very rude and full of excuses. After having a PROFESSIONAL look at my system, I was informed that there was so much rust on elements that they weren't working and as a result, I was filling my home with carbon monoxide. Do yourself a favor and use a different company!!

DO NOT USE. While they are reasonably priced, you definitely get what you pay for. They did an inspection for me and missed multiple very obvious code violations that were quick fixes (p-trap, vent hood, etc.) and focused on big ticket items that were arguably unnecessary. Had a second opinion from a familiar name in town and they literally laughed at the inspection. They were more concerned with getting the repair ticket as high as possible than doing what really needed to be done. I tried to call and get some clarification on the items and the guy I spoke to was rude, arrogant, and talked over you. I literally couldn't get a full sentence out without him talking over me. Pay a little more and use someone else in town. Your HVAC system is too important to risk it with this fools.
