Quality Plus Heating & AC

We have dealt with Quality Plus for almost 20 years and have found Jerry and his staff to be honest, capable and responsive. They are prompt and dependable. We rely on them completely and highly recommend Quality Plus Heating and Air.

I have used them on my own home and referred to my friends and clients for over three years. They saved me from a prior [supposedly reputable] company, installed new systems and gas lines at my new home, and have helped many buyer clients on inspections and seller clients on repairs. They are the only company I trust.

Jerry is wonderful! Our AC unit went out and our drain got clogged unexpectedly, and I called QP. Jerry came out quickly within the hour and told us exactly what was going on, and helped us so much. Affordable and great customer service!

Will and the QP team did a fantastic job with a full replacement including ductwork on our home. They left the outdoor space spotless, and inside the home was even cleaner, and Jerry was super responsive and prompt with pricing and scheduling as always. Great job guys!

Quality Plus is knowledgeable and up to date on the current hvac technology. Jerry is great at explaining issues to clients and answering questions in timely manner. I've trusted them with my own parents' hvac unit and they were fantastic.

Noticed late Thursday night that my home AC unit was not cooling. Called their office at 8am Friday and they were at my house and had it fixed before 10am. And because I have a service contract, the charge was very reasonable. Great service.

My wife and I are building a suite for her 90 year old grandmother who had to move down from TN. We were in need of a HVAC Company that was willing to work with us and help with the needs of a elderly occupant. Jerry and the guys knew exactly how to layout all the vents in all the rooms so that she would be comfortable . We are are very pleased with the professionalism of all the guys @ Quality Plus.
