Conditioned Air of Carolina, LLC - Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor

We've used Conditioned Air of Carolina, LLC for just under 15 years. Conditioned Air was recommended by a friend. They have been wonderful. My wife and I own 6 houses (5 are rentals), out of the 6 Conditioned Air has replaced heat/air units in 4 of the houses. We have called them late at night when a renter is having problems and they come right out. They even call our renters to set up a time with them as well as with us. We had them come out to a church we were members of to work on the air system. They are great to work with. We highly recommend them to our family members and friends.

Wayne's technician Eric came out saw what we needed and addressed that. We needed quite a bit of replacement. He was timely, efficient and above all thorough. Their prices were competitive and the work just like every customer would love. I highly recommend them. If you already have someone this group is a great group to compare your current service against. I've used a lot of companies over the years and this group is the best. Thanks for taking care of us!

Conditioned Air is supposed to provide filters, they have yet to do that. I paid by check at time of service and I have yet to see that check posted.
