I recently bought a house and these guys did the "work" for the seller of the house. When I looked at the ducts, two weeks after purchasing the home I saw no sign of work on the HVAC, a duct was completely detached from the house, the insulation was in poor shape and the air handler has a bunch openings with air leaking out of it.

The home inspector that I hired prior to Quality Plus's HVAC inspection took a picture and told me of the disconnected duct. When I called Quality Plus, they denied the disconnected duct, however they did come and repair the ducts, which they did at no additional cost. This was after they were paid to "inspect" the system, give an estimated repair appraisal, and send an HVAC letter confirming repairs.

I still need someone to look at parts of my HVAC and I certainly won't be calling these guys back. My first electric bill during this time for a < 1000 sq foot house was $302.

Edit: After spending my first winter in the home I found out that the heater would not go higher than 56 degrees.

Edit Again: I was cleaning out vents in my house to find that there was a vent with no duct attached to it. Looking further into it, there was just dust and drywall and the air was being funneled from underneath the house through nothing but drywall and the frame of the house.

I bought this house under the notion that Quality Plus Heating and Air (Which originally installed this system) did a thorough inspection and repair only to find out after moving in that they never inspected anything and that my duct system is dirty, inefficient, riddled with shortcuts and going to have to be completely redone.

Quickly, and efficiently diagnosed my HVAC unit's issue and repaired. Their positive reviews helped me choose them to service my household.

Always friendly + helpful—even over the phone offering suggestions before an expensive visit. Prices are fair and they always arrive within the time they tell you + give you a heads up when they’re in their way! No waiting around for a 6 hour period. I highly recommend!

Will was quick to call back on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Was out to fix our AC the following day. Made sure everything was working before he left. Highly recommend!

There are many companies that can install an A/C unit or change out a gas pack. There are only a few that can actually repair that unit when something goes wrong. I have used Quality Plus for over 20 years for new construction, maintenance, repairs and even commercial situations. They do it right and stand behind the work. Period.
