Quality Plus Heating & AC

I have been a loyal customer of Quality Plus for 16 years now. Wow, I can't believe it's been that long! Jerry and his entire team are the best. They installed a unit for me in 2003 and I haven't called on anyone else since. I am a Real Estate Broker and have recommended Quality Plus to many clients over the years. Couldn't be happier!

After receiving multiple quotes, I got the best price from Quailty Plus. Will came out and gave me an estimate and promised to contact me the following week. He did just that and stayed in contact with me the entire time. Robbie did the installation and was on time and very helpful. They are both professional and were very kind during the entire process. I will recommend this company to family and friends. Thanks for your awesome service!!

Lighting struck my neighbor’s fence and then my ac unit. The other two companies we tried could not come until Monday. Quality pro was able to come out and do a diagnostics on my unit. Mr. Zacharia came out and was able to trouble shoot while giving great customer service. Everything was explained in detail what was wrong and the solution to it. Mr. Zacharia was very detailed in his inspections, explaining along the way how each piece affects the system.

I am very grateful and happy to have had the service of this wonderful company to be honest, kind, caring, to come out and help me and my family during this incident. I will be having this company on speed dial for any future service.

I have always had a good experience with Quality. Most recently my ac stopped blowing cold air and Jerry came out within 30 minutes. It was a capacitor part that was replaced. The unit is very old and rather than try to sell me a new system (like most ac companies) he suggested only the replacement part which was around $150 not thousands! I also use them for system preventive maintenance twice a year. I would highly recommend Quality without hesitation!

Mr. Jerry came out after I placed a service call on their website. He came by to fix our unit not long after placing the service call order. He was very reasonable on price and very courteous. My neighbor uses Quality Plus and we will from now on. As a small business owner myself, its hard to find a company like Quality Plus.

My landlord called Quality Plus after 5pm and I had a call at 8am the next morning and they were here before 1pm to fix my system. Jerry was very professional. He took the time to explain why my system stopped working and ways to prevent future issues. He even showed me all the features on my new thermostat! I'm looking to purchase a home later this year and I will definitely be calling Quality Plus for all my heating and cooling needs

Dependable service, quality you can count on. My HVAC died as weekend was approaching.Quality installed complete new unit that Saturday. Price was very very fair. I have had occasion to have work done on my old unit and my daughter's unit. without fail, Jerry or his crew responded within the hour.
I can not ask for more from this company.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service this company provides! I called at 7am about our air not working and someone answered the phone and was able to commit to an appointment before lunch! The owner, Jerry, showed up and serviced our air conditioner personally. He educated us on the problem and gave options based on different costs but never tried to sell us on any unnecessary products. I trust Quality Plus because they provide honest hard work with excellent customer service!

I had the best experience with QP Heating and Air. From the start Will took great care of me with excellent communication response. Frankie and Scott were the professional team that not only found the problem with my AC but showed me things i could do to keep it running at max capacity.
