Quality Plus Heating & AC

I have been using Quality Plus to service the HVAC in my home for two years, and I have always had a positive experience with the company and the service technicians. They always answer the phone, the technicians are knowledgeable and competent, and service is prompt. My most recent experience was with a service technician by the name of Will. Will is very professional in every way. He is respectful of the customers time, he is informative, and he is competent.

Quality Plus Heating & Air has been our valued service provider since we moved to the area and bought our home almost 4 years ago. They came highly recommended by our realtor and did a first rate job of our home inspection requiring the seller to make necessary modifications. They provide the highest quality at competitive rates while being very responsive and trustworthy. They have handled routine service, repairs, and emergencies promptly and with the utmost care. They just replaced both of our 20 year old HVAC systems and we couldn't be happier with the result and the experience. Jerry and his entire team led by Will and Robbie are a pleasure to work with and they treat us, our home, and our puppy with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Quality Plus Heating and Air are great. Of course our upstairs unit quit cooling on one of the first hot days with visitors coming to visit. I called at 5:30pm, Will returned my call and was at our house within 2 hours. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He trouble shot the problem methodically at had the unit running with parts on his truck within 1/2 hour. I will be calling them for routine preventive maintenance and repairs in the future. I recommend them highly!

Jerry and crew went out of their way to help throughout the process of replacing our old heat pump which was installed by Quality Plus 19 years ago. We shopped around but came back to Quality Plus because of their fair prices, quality equipment, and great staff. They even helped with the SCE&G rebate process – we got our check a few weeks ago. We recommend Quality Plus…. 2018 has been a long hot summer and they were here for us when we needed them.

Extremely honest. Had 2 previous companies tell me I’d need a new unit. After meeting with Quality, they told me they thought my issue was incorrect return sizing and duct work. Sure enough that was my issue. Saved me a ton of money. Actually one of the companies had even redone our duct work 1 year prior. It was done incorrectly.

We had an issue with our AC unit at our business, so we called Quality Plus. They came out within an hour, Jerry found the problem within a few minutes, immediately put a quote together and even came back the same day and completed the repair! Jerry was all around great, very impressed by this business!

The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Our issue was quickly diagnosed, repaired, repair tested very quickly. We were shown why our unit failed and what it would take to correct the issue. He answered all of our questions and even made self help recommendations to have us avoid calling in for repairs.
