I have been doing business with this Company for the past three years, and they always do an amazing job each time I call them. I woke up Monday morning to my A/C unit not working. With temperatures in the 100s, I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP. I called Palmetto and was greeted by Margie, who has a warm, friendly, caring voice. She put in the request for a technician to come out the same day and at 2:00 p.m. David arrived at my door; he was very welcoming and professional. He had my unit up and running in less than 20 minutes, all for an affordable price. I would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Palmetto Air Conditioning Co. for a job well done!

We were somewhat concerned when Palmetto Air took over another company that my mom had used for years but ... the transition was seamless and the folks here are just as nice. So glad David and Doc remain on staff ... they are both wonderful. David recently came to my mom's house for routine HVAC maintenance. As usual, he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. David was very thorough and everything checked out great. My mom, who is 97, was not home at the time David came but he inquired about her & her health ... I appreciate the concern they show for their customers professionally & personally.

Excellent staff and Technicians. My a/c was blowing hot air and very hot. I called Palmetto Air Conditioning and they sent a technician right away. Got me up and running with great customer service! Jeremy explained everything very well and I also signed me up for Comfort Club Preventive maintenance. Now I truly have peace of mind!

Our thermostat stopped working tonight (Fri night). Called after hours number and Technician Trent responded quickly. He told us what to do to fix the problem! Thankfully it was an easy fix and Trent won't have to come to our house tomorrow!

I scheduled services to have my thermostat moved. I confirmed twice for services and was given ETA. I received a text 30 minutes after ETA saying I saw you already had someone so I kept driving. I had someone for another job. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. Then the had the nerves to argue about how I should have told them another contractor was here. The other Contractor was here for something different. He made an assumption and had to much pride to even apologize. 🙄

Grant Jones was the tech that did my maintenance today. He was amazing. He explained everything in great detail about what he did. He also updated me on how everything looked. He also recommended a surge protector for the outside unit. Definitely a great experience!
