Went to harbor freight and the staff was very nice to help find just what I needed for my power washer.
I came home and put it all together and went right to

I love this place it's like my toy store but you got to get me out of there when they have all their sales I want it all !!!

Absolutely terrible service. 20 people in line and only one register open with other employees standing around . Cohersed me until getting a credit card promised me hundreds of dollars off then at the end only offered me twenty bucks off. I spent 1400 dollars and they said they had no discounts to offer me except 20 bucks off after I signed up for credit card. Very disappointed

The selection they offer is efficient for lawn, safety, and towing accessories, but the staff is sparse and seemingly lacking in knowledge of most general questions concerning their in store stock.
