Northern Tool + Equipment

I have a hammer drill that broke the first day, but the sales people were helpful in getting it replaced

I'm an fan of Northern Tool from my days in Minnesota, They sell good stuff for the money, even some made in the U.S. I just bought a backpack sprayer, made in the US, (CHAPIN brand), and it's great. Well made, mostly put together, and works right out of the box. So unusual today, I called store manager to advise.

Great customer service. Helped me find the item, checked out and loaded in 5 minutes.

Never take a power tool for service. I took my Honda lawn morrow in for a transmission repair/replacement. They had the mower for over two months. Albeit, it tried to fix it first, so I took a bag of parts in with the mower. Once they replaced the transmission, they repeatedly told me they were waiting for more parts, (nuts & bolts). It seemed as if they found a bolt was missing, so it got ordered. Once it arrived and installed, they discovered another bold missing, and then the process started over. I thought the final straw was when the manager had to tell me the temporary mechanic threw away my handle. I was wrong. The last straw was when the day came for me to pick up my overpriced repaired lawn morrow, I took it outside to test it. It still didn't go forward, the wheel bolts had fallen off, and there was no oil.

I have not even stepped in this store.You have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you! Daniel answered the pH for me and was extremely helpful and friendly....Thank you Northern tool and thank you Daniel for your awesome customer service!

I am so pleased with this store. I ordered a pressure washer at noon and was on my front porch at 1:30 the same day !!! Thank you !!

You better check every price at register 3 times I have been in lately sale price advertised in store doesn’t come up at register. It is not the cashier, it is the way there home office writes the sales.
BUYER BEWARE!

This was my second time buyin' work boots from there, the Gravel Gear brand Logger Boots are good quality and Northern Tool and Equipment staff are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff, good stuff at good prices, never have to wait to check out. Only wish it were closer!
