Source 1 HVAC Supply Center

Caused my company to receive multiple bad reviews. One for an evap coil they said would take 2 weeks to get in and the customer called York and they told her they would have it in 2 days!!!! Then a blower motor UNDER WARRANTY they told me 3 days ago could be over nighted (mind you I’ve purchased from here multiple times) but now all of a sudden I don’t have an account. So that’s an extra day. Sent in the paperwork yesterday morning was told it would be overnight all to be told this morning “oh I didn’t do that over night it’ll be here Tuesday. Will find else where for York warranty parts. Take my advice for a supply house use Ferguson or Baker. They definitely don’t care about the end customer that makes us look bad.

Don't bother going there. They won't let you into the store or sell you anything if you don't have an account.

Great place for HVAC parts. You do need an account.
