Northern Tool + Equipment

Went in first thing in the morning on Black Friday. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was clean and well kept. All around pleasant experience on the most hectic retail day of the year. Only gave it five stars because i couldn't give it six.

Terrible. Ended up buying online. This northern tool in North Charleston sucks. U need to move to Summerville,SC. and maybe service will be better

Greenville store is excellent with customer assistance during shopping and if you have a problem with any purchase, they will work you until problem is resolved. I have purchased a lot of tools and equipment in this store and have never been disappointed in the level of service received from the staff.

Clint and Karen deserve 10 plus stars for their customer service. Spent more than I went in to, but felt way more comfortable doing so upon my exit. New to the area and have.made N.T my go to store for their type of inventory.

They had the advertised special I went for and checkout was quick and easy. I didn't shop around the store today, because I was on a tight schedule. There are always some good deals here.

Great selection of tools at great prices. Nicely laid out and enjoyable to browse the entire store even when I don't need anything. Clean and tidy all the time. Yard equipment, hand tools, much easier to locate things than Lowes and Home Depot.

I found exactly what I wanted they only had 2 in stock all I needed was 1. A good price for a good product. Had been going to Harbor Freight for everything but I was very impressed with Northern Tools
