Well stocked. Great place for do-it-yourselfers. Very friendly and very helpful staff. If not available, they can get it sent to you, or sent free to the store. This is usually fairly quickly. Prices are very good also

Not as great as it used to be. Seems that every time I come it gets worse. They still sell some quality brands/ equipment but most items are Low quality Chinese tools and products at ridiculous prices. Employee helpfulness is hit or miss. Cashiers are lacking. Also never buy refurbished/used equipment, as they won’t honor their warranty even when having bought the additional protection plans

Huge variety of things. I was impressed by replacement parts for trailers. Had a fellow help me pick up my online order and picked up several other items. Stores are great. Online purchasing is terrible. Ordered a buffer and was promptly charged. It's been over a month and no buffer. Went by the store and they had no information. Emailed and was told to forward my confirmation. I did and didn't hear back. Called. On hold for 30 min. And was cut off. Now on hold as I type this review. About 20 min. Cancelling and headed to Amazon if I can get through to cancel.

Had exactly what I needed, in stock. Looking forward to moving maple 3/4 4x8 sheets of plywood without killing ourselves. Also tired of lugging 5 gallon cans to the boat.

Apparently this store handles returns at the checkout, and luckily for me I managed to time things juuust right so that I got stuck behind two customers returning items--neither of which had what they needed for the return. Rather than finding someone else who isn't running a register to help them, the line just kept getting longer and longer while they try to sort out the ones who can't understand that they need a receipt for a return. This is what a customer service desk is for, and this is why they should have one. At some point the decision needs to move the unprepared returners off to the side and take care of the customers that are waiting to actually spend money. That didn't happen, and you've lost another customer.

Don't buy a generator from them. We bought an expensive one and it broke 5 months later. Now they have had it for 3 weeks and it's still not fixed. They should exchange it for a new one or offer a loaner. And don't expect their service people to give a care about you.
