Love shopping at the Greenville location. Jenn is absolutely the best. She is incredibly helpful and knows the companies products inside and out.

Buyer beware as they bait and switch price. I found an item online that showed me a price and availability for the store. I went and bought it. I realized they had charged me higher than the price online so I called. I was told "our systems are old so the pricing is not always reflective in the store. You have to tell us the online price" I was told they would only credit me back if I drove back to the store. Take your business elsewhere to an honest company.

Great place to shop for man toys. Store is always clean and organized. Online order pickups are quick and easy.

I bought a fuel transfer pump and couldn’t figure out how to assemble. I went back to the store and an associate showed me how to assemble it. He was patient and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered from NorthernTools.com. Apparently this is serviced by the Greenville SC store. I live in Columbia SC and my local store does not stock the tool I ordered, hence, the on line order. It went in smoothly, allowed me to use PayPal and accepter a coupon which Northern Tool sent in a sale catalog. So, ordering was easy and excellent.

I would suggest updating the search on the website to accept hit to all product ID's, names, etc. The site did not accept the full tool name and I found the item be searching Milwaukee planer.

I hope the delivery and tool quality matches the ordering.

Always a great place for a man to spend some time to shop for the needed tools he has to have. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you for something you can't find. We don't have a store like this in Pennsylvania so each time I come to Greenville I shop here.

Had to drop off a generator warranty work. Friendly helpful service. Do many places have lost this customer service. Great job Greenville Northern Tools!!
