Very pleased with service. I called early on a Saturday morning & Jonathan was here in about 30 minutes & replaced the capacitor. I would use Evan's in future.

Professional, prompt, courteous. Excellent customer service and workmanship. *After Hours Service Call Fee: $125 on a Saturday evening expected & fair. Replaced condenser fan motor & fan capacitor in about an hour. Why 4 STARS and not 5? HEFTY markup on parts.

5 stars just isn't enough!! I couldn't be happier! Jared Evans is a great guy that saved us a ton of money!! He was here within a couple hours after calling, and had our ac fixed in no time! He is very nice and very honest.

Yesterday our ac wasn't cooling at all. We had hot air coming out of the vents. The coils were frozen solid. After turning off the system and allowing it to thaw, we made the mistake of first calling Cool Care. The guy came, checked a few things and didn't even seem to care that it was frosting over again. I asked him to check the freon. He did and said it was fine, but then said we needed a new compressor, which would cost $2,400!!

So today we called Evan's for a free second opinion. Jared came and found it was low on freon, and that the compressor is just fine! He recharged it and it's working better than ever! He was extremely honest, friendly and upfront. He told us about what it was going to cost, before recharging and it was very reasonable.

My only regret was not calling them first! We will never make the mistake of calling one of the "big name" companies again.

Our air conditioner just quit . We called Evan and they were there the same day! Great work and friendly service. We had a clogged hose and water was leaking through the downstairs ceiling. Evans caught it just in time and installed a pump to prevent future issues! Saved us a bunch of money in repair work! Highly recommend them!

I heard great things and they came highly recommended so when my AC went out, I called Evan's. They came to my house same day and were fantastic to work with. They told us what they could do, what they recommended and gave us several options at different price points. They gave me one flat price for everything and told me about different finance options if we needed them.

They fit us in just 1 day later and the guys that came went above and beyond for us. They fixed a few extra things, found some other things that we'll want to have fixed before next winter so we can start planning for it and then took things one step further.

Right after everything was closed up and they were fixing to leave we realized one of our cats had somehow slipped into the duct work under the house!!! These guys crawled under the house, reached into vents and helped us until after 9pm!!! 12 hours at our house when they could have left much earlier!! This didn't change the price or anything and they had a good laugh with us. (No cats were harmed in the making of this review) That cat was trying to get back down there once we got him out, I guess they made everything real nice for us down there.

Thank you again for the phenomenal service, super fast response time, amazing technicians, heads up for things we need to fix in the coming months, saving us from getting work we didn't need and for that good Ole Southern Hospitality that really makes someone want to call you again and again!

Evans Heating and Air came out super fast and the gentleman was efficient, courteous and extremely informative, explaining what had happened and what needed to be done. Definitely a great experience.

This company and its employees are absolutely the best. They came to do my spring visit and found a crack in the fan. They called the manufacturer, ordered and replaced the part in just a few days. Joel did the job on time and his explanations of the problem were easy to understand. I would recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs. Their professional and polite attitude makes them the best.
