Evans is a GREAT business to work with. Office staff is very friendly and service was very prompt. Ethan was my service tech and he was very nice & knowledgable. He took the time to explain what my issue was and gave me tips on taking care of my unit. I will use them for any future service needs.

Called them Saturday morning and Ethan responded quickly to my request. Really a nice and professional man. Resolved my issues quickly. Will use again as needed.

They came and gave an estimate and lets us know when the work can be started and when it would be completed. They did just that!!! Pulled out the vacuum and cleaned up the mess they made. Such a great experience!!! They will continue to do our HVAC work for us for years to come.

In my experience , Evan’s Heating & Cooling is a local business with a strong desire to meet the needs of customers in the Midlands of South Carolina ! Just about two years ago I had a combined HVAC / Heating unit that reached the end of its lifespan , there was a very expensive part that had gone bad and would have to be replaced before the troubleshooting process could be completed .
The professional staff at Evan’s clearly explained my options and left the choice how to proceed up to me , I was not pressured into any of the options but felt that they provided me the knowledge/power to make my own decision , which they would follow .
I replaced my combined unit , I never felt handled / pressured to make that decision ; they sized the new unit to meet my home’s requirements , retained the home’s existing electronic air cleaner unit and replaced the old ductwork to integrate the new and old components into my new unit .
The Evan’s staff are honest , knowledgeable, professional and understand how to deliver top notch customer service while educating the customers to help in the decision making process . I have seen a dramatic decrease in my heating and cooling costs since my unit was replaced ; a combination of the unit’s efficiency and knowledge of how to operate the unit year round , thanks to the Evan’s Heating & Cooling staff 👍.

I've been with Evans Heating and Cooling for many years now and they continue to impress me with their responsiveness, follow-through honesty, and warmth (pun intended) time after time. I recently had to put my old H&C unit out to pasture and they came by, swapped it out and tipped their hats all within a few short hours.

We did experience a hiccup with the new thermostat that was installed, but that was clearly a manufacturer issue and I'm not going to give them too much grief for that. They swapped it out for me in between other installs and crowned me The Mayor of Toasty Town shortly after I brought it to their attention.

Ethan was scheduled to arrive between 10am and noon. He arrived around 9:45am. Professional, polite and knowledgeable! He is an amazing technician. He found the problem, keeping me informed every step of the way…fixed it and went on his way. I will never… NEVER….use any other company but Evans Heating and Cooling. Everyone I dealt with was great; helpful. Their prices can’t be beat, either!

The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. I had an inspection done for an inefficient upstairs ac unit. He gave me an estimate for the coat and the work needed to replace an old ac unit, which was fair. I'd definitely use them again.
