Had an estimate done by them man came out told me it would only take 10 or 15 minutes to fix when I called them and I asked how much the estimate was they told me it was $800-$1000 and the part was only $161 Did not use them. Found another company that did it for $250. All they had to do was put in a 200 amp main breaker switch. In my opinion they are very dishonest.

Poor customer service from beginning to end. During the build it was very difficult to get anyone to call us back to answer questions. When I emailed Branham with my questions and asked for a return call (over a year into the build), they refused to speak with me and insisted we now must go through our builder to answer any questions. In the same email, they informed us they would not order any of our choices until we paid the overage upfront. At the initial meeting we were told that allowances from appliances and flooring could be shifted to cover the overages, so to be told we would have to pay now and before anything was ordered was unexpected.
After moving in, we discovered the lighting was not configured correctly in the kitchen and the office. The kitchen light was linked to 6 disk lights instead of being on its own circuit. The switch for the office fan was located outside the office door, so there were no light switches inside the office. In addition, the office fan switch controlled the disk light, so we couldn't turn on the fan unless the disk light stayed on. We called and arranged for them to correct their errors. I even accepted a fix to separate the kitchen light that eliminated the option to have lighting over the island separate from the ceiling disk lights (to keep them separate would have required opening the ceiling).
The electrician team that came in to complete the fixes were professional and did a fantastic job. They were friendly and worked quickly.
The same person who was lax about returning my calls throughout the build, promptly called me after the electrician team left. She tried to bill me for the work they had done. I explained that this work was to correct errors and was related to the 30 day punchlist I submitted to our builder. In addition, the bill they sent had charges that we acknowledged but the Total on that bill was $0.00. She was rude and unprofessional the entire conversation, so I refused to continue speaking with her and asked her to put her concerns in writing.
They neglected to install a wifi coax cable, so we are currently using the wall mount in our bedroom instead of mounting a tv there. They did not even discuss the installation of any ethernet cables in the house so all 4 of our wall mount tvs have to run on wifi. I have added these to the 30-day punch list, but given our interactions with Branham Electric, I do not have faith they will correct their errors.
They tried to bill me for corrections on a new build instead of acknowledging their errors in lighting configurations and promptly fixing it. The electrician who did the walk-through with our builder is supposed to be a professional who considers the unique needs of the house. The electrician should know disk lights should not be tied to decorative lighting fixtures or ceiling fans. In addition, a professional electrician in 2022 should know wall mounted tv's require ethernet cable connections in the wall mounts and a separate coax cable location for wifi.

We were hit by lightening last night. We had several electrical issues after the storm. I called Branham Electric first thing this morning and the response and quality of work - including the men doing the work - were extraordinary. It is an amazing feeling to have service this good. THANK YOU BRANHAM.

I called because our stove had stopped working and we suspected the circuit breaker or the outlet itself was damaged. Three guys came out, and when they were done, the outlet/stove worked again. But the control board did not...only the knobs. One of the workers had opened up the stove and unplugged all the wires to the oven control board and didn’t bother to say anything. (Yes, I saw that.). Then advised we buy a new stove! Later my husband reconnected those wires and now it’s working fine. Also, they wouldn’t tell me what they did to fix it except that perhaps we were struck by lightning 🤔. They were fast and I appreciate their prompt arrival. But we didn’t need a new stove 😂. Whatever you all actually did between the breaker box and the outlet fixed it.

My house is 3 miles from store. Asked for quote to upgrade my breaker box from 100 amps to 400 amps (big job they would have made a lot of money on) 65$ to get a quote. Found another electrician through angies list with a ton of reviews that’s 45 minutes away. They will b here tomorrow to provide a FREE estimate

Our a/c went out on Sunday and the HVAC person said we needed a switch replaced by an electrician. We live in new construction so are still under warranty and Branham was the contact. I was disappointed when I called and had to leave a voicemail because they weren't open until Monday. To my surprise I was given a call back shortly and someone came out within the hour to fix it. The man who came was very nice and made sure we were all set before he left. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!
