I have used Evans for almost 10 years. Wouldn't think of working with anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. This is a great family-owned and operated company with honest, affordable and excellent service.

My repairman was on time & professional. He explained the problem & the cost up front. The repair was done correctly & in a timely fashion

I'd give 0 stars if possible. We've had HVAC issues since 28 June. After 3 visits, they've been unable to fix the issue or properly diagnose -- temperature rises into low 80s by 2000. Instead of fixing the issue, Joel told my wife that it's working fine without even visiting to see for himself. Also, instead of working with us for a mutually agreeable time for service, Joel stated that we don't even pay for the service visit so we can take it or leave it. No, we don't pay for the service visit, but we do pay rent and the electric bill (which is extremely high because our compressor runs 24/7). Also, without renters, Mike Taylor Properties would be unable to pay Evans for their service. It's all connected economically and stating otherwise is ignorant.

Also, Joel needs to work on customer service skills. His brother, Jonathan, was very professional, but Joel was condescending towards my wife, treating her as if she didn't deserve his time or that she was capable of comprehending him. We'd be happy to deal with Jonathan, as he was helpful, understanding, and worked to address our concerns. Joel, on the other hand, his actions were mysogynistic as he talked over my wife repeatedly and treated her as if she were inferior.

Fantastic response time. Showed up within an hour and got me back up and running. Already gave information to friends and family. Highly recommended!

Through the years, all the Evans' employees performing repair or maintenance on my two Trane units, have been both knowledgeable and professional.

Company representative came without enough filters to complete bi-annual heating/air maintenance. Did not leave a copy of maintenance inspection report. Need to come prepared to complete maintenance job.

They were awesome to work with and showed lots of patience with my 50 questions. They were professional, friendly, upfront and honest. Would recommend them to anyone!
