I told them over the phone that I have a special needs son and elderly parent at home and they came right out. The service man was there and replaced the part by the time I got there (10 min. away). He also added coolant and explained the condition of my unit and future needs. Very nice people. Thanks again!

I initially called Evans Heating and Air a few years ago for maintenance on my old units. Since then they have replaced both units on my house. The customer service was and still is phenomenal. The cost of the units was a fair price. I am forever a customer.

This business has serviced my home for 16 years. They do an outstanding job with all areas of HVAC. Recently had to have a new unit & all ductwork replaced. One of the best things about them is they SHOW UP when they say they will & they communicate well.

I have used Evans HVAC for over 40 years and have never had a problem. They do what they say they will do. Most recently my granddaughter, with two toddlers, lost cooling and Evans had them up and running under an hour. This is serious with the outside temperature is approaching 100 degrees.

Our Air Conditioning quit working over the weekend. I called Evans on Monday morning based on the positive reviews present here. Needless to say they have been excellent to deal with. They were out the same day on Monday, diagnosed the issue and provided a temporary fix along with clear communication and explanation of the issue and the costs for repair. Their prices were reasonable, they were honest and their service was excellent. They returned today and fixed our unit. We will continue to use them for any future issues and highly recommend them! Evans heating and air did a great job installing a new heating and air unit. They showed up when they said they would. They discarded the old unit, went over operation of new t Stat. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Evans heating and cooling is the only company I would use for ac and heating repair or installation. They are very honest and provide very prompt service! You would be cheating yourself but not giving them a chance for your business!
