Couldn’t have been happier with the job Evans completed. They went above and beyond what I expected. Evans showed up when they said they would and the job was completed when they said it be done. There were no unexpected costs. Every day before they left, the crew cleaned up. Even going as far as pulling the vacuum out to clean the areas they worked in/over.Everyone was polite and professional. They adhered to protective measures dealing with Covid. We will definitely recommend them and will be using their company for all future HVAC services.

This company has earned my business forever. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. They installed a temporary window unit for us for no charge while the new heat pump was on order. They have always recommended the right equipment and explained why with no upselling. They secured a warranty replacement part for a unit purchased by the previous owners saving us $600 - we had no idea there was a warranty in place. They have always been on time and their work is always done right the first time. I don’t know what they charge relative to competitors, but whatever it is, they are worth it. When you find a good contractor you don’t shop around. Hopefully my current units last a while longer but when they go, I’ll be calling Evans.

This is the third time I have used the Evans family for repairs & all 3 times they responded within 2 hours of the call. Small business, family owned… please support them, I am a small business owner myself.

Our A/C suddenly stopped working on a holiday weekend. We looked into several repair companies on a Sunday morning, and Jonathan Evans responded immediately. He was at our house in less than 2 hours and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a difficult drainage issue and he was working in a 140-degree attic, but he was nice as could be and cleaned up after himself too! We will definitely be calling him again for annual maintenance or further repairs.

After having both units in my house pass on to the greater beyond (days apart from each other), I asked around the neighborhood for recommendations. Every single response was to use Evans. Evans came out and provided an estimate for the systems and work the very next day. After obtaining two other estimates to make sure I was doing my due diligence, it was quickly apparent that the Evans estimate was the best option by far. The removal/install was scheduled right away. I imagined it would be scheduled weeks out, but was incredibly surprised to have it set for just a few days away. The dynamic duo of Tim and Seth came out and were not only very personable and expertly knowledgeable, but were on time and had all parts needed. The install/removal was fast and clean; and there was a lot of work that needed to be done. This is wonderful and right in line with all the reviews I received from my neighbors. What I really want to let all those seeking heating and cooling services know is the extra mile (way above and beyond) that Tim and Seth took for a very odd situation. My fiancé's son (4 yrs old and they were staying in Belgrade, Serbia at this time) is infatuated with two things on this earth - washing machines and ACs. I took a few pics of the installation for him to see and he was delighted. But he asked how they work. You wouldn't believe it if you didn't see it, but Tim actually made a piece by piece video (Tim teaching and me recording) of how an AC/heater works for her son. Tim walked through the entire process from wire to wire and part to part of how it all worked. My finance's son was in awe. These are now his favorite videos to watch almost daily. I couldn't have imagined someone would take the time to do this for strangers. They even received a quick video in return from her son thanking them. This level of character says everything you need to know about Evans and the people who work there. And apparently Evans is now an international sensation. I would like to thank Tim and Seth for everything they did.

I have used Evans for at least 20 years now. They have taken care of 6 different houses for me and I have never been disappointed in the service. I highly recommend them for HVAC work.

We needed to have our duct work re done, had other companies give us estimates and read reviews. When Jerod came from Evans..very knowledgeable and reasonable priced. Reviews spoke highly of them. Had work done by them in Oct. very pleased and already saving money from new duct work.
Done in very timely manner and great job of clean up. If you are looking for a good company...you need to call Evans Heating n Air!
